Cozy Beach Cottages condo located directly on the beach in Indian Shores with partial ocean views. This comfortable coastal retreat features inviting furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen, creating the perfect home away from home. Situated in one of the most well-maintained beachfront communities, guests can enjoy powdery white sand beaches and unforgettable cotton-candy sunsets just steps away. Beach Cottages offers resort-style amenities including a spacious pool deck with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and gas grills. Enjoy private beach access for quick walks to the shoreline or relax poolside with ocean views. A convenient on-site elevator makes bringing luggage and beach gear easy and stress-free.

Primary bedroom is an oversized suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and private balcony access. Second bedroom offers two queen beds. Hall bathroom includes shower and toilet. The spacious living room features a TV and sliding glass door to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces. Enjoy a private balcony with partial ocean views, accessible from living room and primary suite.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 3 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use

July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.

This was the perfect place for a short getaway with my family of 4 (all adults). There was ample space for us all to relax. The amenities were as described. The location, view and pool were amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was the perfect size for my children and myself. We loved the location being right on the beach and having pool access too. We loved the seating on the balcony and watched the bird sanctuary for hours on end! Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Communication was excellent. Clean and comfortable beds. Excellent location!Condo was fairly clean- food and crumbs under/around bottom of refrigerator, door shelves in refrigerator had crumbs and food that I had to clean.Dollies and carts in lobby were very convenient for transporting luggage and belongings to and from room.Condo could use a little TLC- slider door to patio was very difficult to open and close.Very unfortunate and disappointing, was the cockroach nymph that was in master bathroom, as well as, a dead one in lobby.

We would have been happy to send our cleaners back to address the refrigerator had we been notified. The property is treated for pests monthly by the association, though unfortunately, Florida’s climate makes it impossible to prevent every occasional pest. We had to wash the dishes before use. They were not clean and very obvious when we pulled them out to use.

LOVED IT!!!!! Our first experience booking here so we weren’t sure what to expect. The condo was beautiful! So spacious and CLEAN! It was decorated really cute and had such a great beachy vibe! It’s on the beach so we could just walk out and the ocean was waiting right there. There were beach chairs and toys in the condo that were available to utilize as well so that was awesome. Appreciated!!! The kitchen has all you need to make meals if you’re eating at home. Washer and dryer available which was helpful. We had all that we needed to feel completely at home. There’s a bird sanctuary next door so we could sit out on the balcony each morning and listen to and watch the birds It was very relaxing and peaceful! Overall, we’d give this place a 10/10. We definitely look forward to coming back again! Thanks for having us!

The property was in an excellent location and easy access to the beach. We did encounter some issues with the elevator being out of service for several hours which made it challenging because my mother cannot do stairs well. Also the balcony smelled terrible and there was bird waste all over the railing and balcony close to the edge. There was no broom to sweep easily, so we bought one and left it there. Other than those minor things it was an excellent unit and property.

The unit was just as described. Beautiful unit. Beds and linens super comfortable. Close to so much great eating and activities. Host very responsive.

Spring Break

Being right on the beach is extremely convenient. Property and condo was clean and had all of the essentials we needed for the week. Washer and dryer is nice if you are unable or just don’t want to pack a ton of clothes. Location is good as it’s in between Clearwater and St. Pete. Many businesses were back open after the 2024 hurricanes.

Wish i could have stayed forever! Will definitely be looking to stay at this exact condo again and again! You couldnt hear any outside noise, the ac was amazing! And the bed in the master bedroom to die for!! Only 2 i guess you could say issues i had was when going to the beach you have a gate to go through so make sure to take your key! And second is i drive a truck, so parking under the parking deck was extremely tight. Other than that if your looki g for a beach getaway this is it

Well stocked 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium with view of the gulfand gulf access.This is part of a large complex that consists of several buildings. Most are owner owned, but there was low occupancy of owners or renters during our stay (early May).Well-cleaned and stocked with everything that you could possibly need for a beach stay including: coffee machine, nespresso machine, glassware, dishes, silverware, microwave oven, beach towels, chairs, (and accessories). I could go on and on. Very comfortable bed. Typical Florida floorplan. The place has been nicely renovated over the years with modern countertops and appliances. A washer and dryer is also included.The only downside is the bird sanctuary right next store which made us reluctant to use the outside patio furniture.Was great to have access to pool, hot-tub, and gulf beaches right out the back door.Designated (free) parking space was also a plus. There are restaurants, bars and shopping within 1-5 miles away on Gulf Blvd.Would recommend.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was spacious and comfortable for our party of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers). The kitchen is well stocked should you choose to cook. The beach closet was a nice touch… there are beach chairs, an umbrella, some sand toys, and even some sunblock and aloe. The starter kit of dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags was more than enough for our 4 night stay.The location was perfect. The pool did get crowded from time to time but that is expected during a busy summer season. Everyone we encountered was very nice and welcoming. There are propane grills that are easy to use with plenty of seating and tables equipped with umbrellas on the pool deck. Plenty of luggage carts and shopping carts were available to take items up. There are cushioned beach loungers and umbrellas available to rent right in front of the condominium for 40 daily or 200 weekly. If you are looking for all the conveniences of home while being steps away from the beach, I highly recommend booking your stay here.

Another great stay at the beach cottage building!This was our second time staying at this beach cottage location, though we tried a different condo unit this time. The area remains incredibly family-friendly! This specific condo was nice, clean, and perfectly close to the beach. The owners were highly responsive. We loved using the pool and hot tub, and it was a huge plus that they provided 6 beach towels, sand toys, and several beach chairs for us to use!The main beds were pretty comfortable, but the pull-out couch mattress was very thin and not very comfortable—though I’m sure a kid wouldn’t care as much as us adults did. Also, as a minor note for a group of 6 adults, the second bedroom did not have a TV, so it was hard for each couple to unwind with their own shows at night. Other than those details, it was another fantastic stay in the building!
