Perfect location, quiet and relaxing!

House was very beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay! Loved the back deck, and overall comfort. House was equipped with everything needed. Would love to stay again in the future!!

Great canal House

We really liked our stay here. The house is well-equipped and in a nice, quiet spot in OVMD...but close to everything. We crabbed off the dock, kayaked in the bay with our boat, and walked to the beach. One word of warning-the neighbors played loud country music every night until late - often when they weren’t even outside anymore! It’s not the fault of the homeowner, obviously, but something to know if you’re planning to hang on the deck at night for drinks or dinner. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The neighbor moved in 2023 and did play their music too loud when they had their friends visiting. We agree and were and are very pleased with all of the neighbors who are respectful of one another while enjoying themselves. A quiet neighborhood . . . we just love! So glad you did enjoy your stay and the beautiful scenery.

Mary was helpful and quick to communicate. The home was lovely and spacious living area and dock to sit and enjoy! A few admitted repairs needed for the deck/dock - but we loved it and suited our families needs.

This was a great home. Early shops, restaurants and the beach!

The home has all the amenities we needed for our family trip. The large deck was very accommodating and easy to fish and crab from. The open floor plan was nice for gathering and watching tv together. The master bedroom located on the lower level was spacious with an attached bath. A large dresser and end table with plenty of draws along with a large closet. The 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs had limited storage but worked with a shared bathroom. The extra half bath on first floor with washer dryer was convenient. Loved our stay here would definitely stay again! Mary was wonderful at responding to any of my requests.

Great Location!

Mary was a wonderful host to work with- very prompt in responding to questions. The check in process was seamless. Location of the home is PERFECT- easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, plenty of outdoor space to entertain/for kids to play.

Great Stay

Our family had a great stay in this house for our summer vacation. The home was outfitted with everything we needed and was recently renovated. The owner, Mary, was very responsive and made sure we were happy with everything. Our family loved having access to the boat lift for our 18’ Monterey which kept it clean for the week and we caught many crabs right off the dock for dinner! We even caught even some fish and a turtle off the dock! We hope to visit again!

Nice place on the bay

Clean place , great bay views with an awesome deck, nice kitchen , quiet street. The owner was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Mary!
