Located near 100th Street on the bayside, fabulous full-house rare luxuries and amenities are offered to our guests. Crab or fish off the dock and/or soak in the sun on your private expansive 3-tiered deck (dock). Your Hosts love the sunrises in the morning over coffee and the protective shade in the late afternoon after a sun-filled day.

There is plenty of room to spread outside in this great vacation home for families. From the bar perfect for card-playing, two separate eating tables, multiple umbrellas and a front porch with deck chairs ... napping or sunbathing on two chaise lounges make it difficult to leave.
*A favorite spot of the Host's is sitting at the high top while fishing, crabbing or just enjoying an appetizer on the lower dock.

Inside, skylights fill the living areas with natural light. Four glass gliders bring in beautiful views and access decking. The updated kitchen has a large granite island with stools to gather as well as a dining table and eating area.

The kitchen is stocked (the Host is a big cook) and has stainless-steel appliances along with a built-in microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, disposal, crab pots, mixers, choppers, serving dishes and plenty of glassware for all of your favorite spirits.

A spacious main level primary bedroom has a double-mirrored closet and an en suite updated bath. A special treat ... one of the large gliders brings you privately to the rear deck.

Two updated beautiful bedrooms are upstairs with mirrored closets. One with warer views and the other with a double bed and twin/top bunk bed. Both bedrooms have USB lamps for phone charging.

This home away from home has Roku TV and free internet and Wi-Fi. For a rainy day, there are National Geographic and cooking magazines with cards, family and kid games. The public library is also around the corner.

Walk at sunset to the end of the street
facing west on the bay - a phenomenon not to be missed. Another nature lover's photo op sits at the other end ... with its beautiful serene bay grasses sprinkled all along the bay.

All that Ocean City offers surrounds this ideal location. Grocery stores, great pizza, ice cream, crabs, breakfasts and excellent local restaurants are 3 minutes by car. Your Host is happy to recommend their favorites at check-in as well as where to buy crab/fish bait. You are welcome to bring your fishing poles and enjoy the four crab traps at the house.

*There is a strict noise ordinance in Ocean City. No parties, graduation trips, events. There is a minimum age restriction of 28+ for the primary guest/signer. The Town restricts the # of unrelated guests to no more than four per stay.
