Our family of four just finished a wonderful week in OCMD, and the condo was a major part of that. We come to Ocean City every year, and this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at. The pictures are nice, but all four of us said that the condo actually is better in person than the pictures show!

Great views from both balconies. Host has excellent communication. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Met all of our expectations.

Fantastic family vacation

This property was fantastic—very clean, location, etc. We have been coming to OC for 42+ years and this is one of the best condos we have stayed at. We plan to stay here next year!

Great stat

The owner updated the condo very well. It was nice to have both views sunrise and sunset. We had pretty weather and were surprised alot of the restaurants were still open just less hours.

Lovely place

Marigot Beach condo is centrally located to all of the fun things to do in Ocean City. The condo was neat and clean and perfectly suited for our needs for the weekend. The check in and out process was easy. The views are incredible. Unfortunately for us, our weekend get away happened to fall during a tropical storm. We had a bit of water leakage from the sliding door and the owner sent out maintenance to who immediately fixed the issue. Despite the weather there were plenty of great restaurants and things to do.

Perfect location!

The condo is in the perfect location! The views are amazing. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. Close to everything! Most of all it was quiet. The only negative I would list is the master bedroom gets warm from sun, even with the blackout curtains and the AC can’t keep up in that room. (AC is great everywhere else) A ceiling fan would go a long way in helping with the temp in that room. Master bath tub needs to be refinished/repaired. Shower pressure was great with lots of hot water. Jodi was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Highly recommend!

It was a great vacation and the property was lovely. But the NOISE from the air conditioner was VERY loud and annoying. It needs servicing. The property was clean. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed the beach. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants. The frying pans were in terrible shape, all scratched up and should be replaced. The big question is would we rebook this property next year. Yes, but I will pack my own cookware.
