This is the 2nd floor of just a 2 unit only building

Completely renovated (and only 2 units) condo, all the way down to the wall studs, new paint, floors, appliances, beds, hardwood floors, flat screen TVs in every room, new and big bathrooms and all new furniture too. Front balcony for this 2nd floor condo has ocean views and is covered. Back balcony is open with a view of private yard and where our FREE private parking is located right behind the house for 2 cars depending on size. Table on back balcony for dining "al fresco".
Extra cars can park FREE too because we are on a free; no parking meter street.
Steps to the beach, you don't have to cross any streets we are already located oceanBLOCK 😎.

Super easy walking distance to popular foodie faves too. Park your car and not have to get in it again. Bus stop nearby, easy walk. Bus runs 24/7 every 5-10 minutes, cost is just $4, must be cash and you can get on and off as many times as you would like to within the same 24 hours just keep the little ticket the driver can give you when you depart. Such a deal!

Minimum age to book is 30, proof of age verification required after booking when you will be able to see my contact info and I will be able to see yours.

Great family vacation in this beautiful condo in a perfect location. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Very close to the beach and stores. Marcy was great and on top of everything throughout the whole process. We had a wonderful time!!!

The location was perfect-a short walk to the beach or bay and directly across the street from the best creamery! Kitchen was well-appointed. Furniture and beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towel bars and hooks. Communication with owner was helpful and prompt. Will come back!

This is our second year staying at this property and we've loved it both years. We plan on returning next year, and I am returning for another week this August! The property is roomy, clean, well-stocked and close to the beach. The host is very responsive and easy to contact. It's a beautiful property and perfect for a beach vacation.

Great location, access right to the beach and walking distance to many places to eat and a couple local shops. Host was very quick to respond. Check in was easy. However you have to bring all your own bed linens, towels and paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels so not ideal for those flying to stay here. Property was decently clean. The spot where ice and water comes out of the fridge was very dirty so i did have to buy jugs of water during my stay but over all property was well maintained. Perfect for a larger group.

You always had the option to either bring all your own or have everything provided to you and delivered to you also and picked up from you on day of departure for a small nominal fee that also includes my discount too. And in doing so no washing, no drying, no folding and no packing required by you at all and you also don't have to do all that to bring it all home again. The decision was yours. Glad you loved our property! 😎

Marcy is a great host! Super communicative. The huge porch with the bay and ocean views was a lovely place to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean with a cup of coffee or sunset over the bay with a cold beer. The location was excellent! It is only a couple of houses from the beach, walking distance to 2 grocery stores and several eateries, and right across the street from some great ice cream! There is plenty of parking with 2 spaces out back and lots on the street. We only took our car out once to go to the Crab Bag (great crabs, plus extensive menu for non-seafood eaters). We missed the note in the description about supplying our own bed linens, but luckily we caught it the day before check-in. Marcy handled our last minute linen request cheerfully. The rental fee for bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towel sets was very reasonable. (Caveat: The rental company supplied queen size sheets for the double beds and the fitted sheets didn't stay on well. If that would bother you, you might want to bring your own.)

Great beach access

Great place to stay with quick beach access. The stay is on the second floor, so if there is anyone in your group that has problems with stairs, recommend searching for something in a lower level.

I am confused, the listing is posted as being on the 2nd floor right in the headline??? We own both floors; you could have easily chosen the 1st. Older people do enjoy the 1st however the 2nd floor that you chose is wonderful too with fabulous views from our long front porch and etc., private off street parking, brand new everything, big and huge space, just steps to the beach because we are on an ocean block street already. I soooo wish people would simply read especially when it's posted right in the headline! I try and my reviews represent that I do so! 😎

Marci was wonderful. I had to book this at the last minute. She reached out to me to find out when I would arrive, made arrangements to have someone bring me towels and linens and went through the house rules for me since I hadn’t had a chance due to the late booking. She was so kind and I appreciated all her communication. The place was very clean and comfortable…and I know this is a silly thing to comment on, but the water pressure was great. That’s important to me because it’s hard to clean sand out of your hair with no water pressure . From the front porch you could see the ocean and the bay. Also the beach was enjoyable, as it was so much less crowded than the beach at the boardwalk. I would definitely book with her again.

Great Stay!

The property was in a great location! The street is quiet and the beach was not over crowded. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. The house is up to date, well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. The private parking is a huge plus. Great stay!

Perfect spot for an amazing vacation

Everything about this place was great from the start. The two porches made for a relaxing night after being out or at the beach all day. This is definitely a place that I would not mind staying at again. It was a great experience from start to finish!

Beautiful property

Marcy was very responsive any time I texted her. Her property is beautiful, this is our 2nd time staying here. Very close to the beach, only. 2-3 min walk. We love it here!

I enjoyed the home. It was a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed ourselves and also a good custard stand across the street. Bowling alley on 72nd street and so much more to do. Marcy was terrific a true gem. We will be back next August

This place was wonderful

The owner was amazing, she extremely easy to contact, and very cordial and down to earth (I knew that from the first message months earlier). The place was so relaxing and the location is right off the beach yet close to so many restaurants. Our stay was outstanding to say the least. And I plan on coming back to the same place the next time I visit Ocean City.

Wonderful beach condo

A very convenient, cozy condo, super close to the beach. We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of space. Very clean and newly renovated. The owner, Marcy, was friendly, attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
