This amazing unit comes with a new 6-seater GOLF CART, equipped with Bluetooth, so you and the family can ride around in ultimate style. As you pull up to the entrance of your vacation home, you will find 2 parking spots plus room for the golf cart. A freshly built covered outdoor patio space with a large flat-screen TV and a drink fridge greet you on your left as you walk towards the front door of the property. A keyless lock makes checking in a breeze - and relax as soon as you step inside to what we like to call Linkside 475 - our "Barefoot Bungalow". Wide, open windows and sliding doors create an airy vibe as soon as you walk-in. Ample seating is available for the whole family and the living room boasts a huge new flat screen TV and cozy electric fireplace. The dining area and kitchen bar have seating for up to 7 guests, all while capturing that gorgeous, serene vibe of your private patio and backyard green space. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you should need to make a dinner indoors - pots & pans, dinner and silverware, cups, utensils, and more.

The master bedroom sits on the back side of the home and shares direct access to the backyard patio, a King size bed, flat screen TV, and a private master bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is just down the hall and has 2 double beds, flat screen TV, ample closet/storage space, and direct access to the shared bathroom (also accessible from main hallway). The third bedroom is a recent addition with beautiful updates and a new twin over full bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a vanity and shower/tub combo and also connects to the laundry room where you will find a full-size washer and dryer!

After your long days at the beach, relax in your own private backyard oasis. Be greeted with grassy space, a large patio area with fun up lighting so you can enjoy this area into the evening. Two pools are within a short driving distance away - the perfect excuse to take the golf cart for a spin around the neighborhood. Also, the Village of Baytowne Wharf and your beach access can also be accessed by a short golf cart ride.

Another Great Time in Sandestin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we rented a unit through Gibson Realty and we were not disappointed. The unit was extremely roomy, tastefully decorated, nice location, lots of storage and was supplied with a golf cart for our use. We used the golf cart for groceries, restaurants, shopping , golfing and daily trips to the beach!The management company was awesome, answering our questions and providing us with information. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the nice people we met. We had a great Thanksgiving at this resort!

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was wonderful! There was plenty of room to sleep 9 people (we had 10 but brought an air mattress also). Most sharing one bathroom wasn't ideal (those in the master bedroom used that bathroom and those in the other 2 rooms shared the guest bathroom most of the time) but it worked. The outside seating area with the TV was great, the kids loved that and spent a lot of time there when we weren't at the pool or the beach. The beach is gorgeous. The backyard was fully fenced in which was good for the kids. A couple of things to know before you go:-There was no salt or pepper shaker there.-There were no coffee filters there for the coffee maker that was provided, so bring your own or plan to get some. (It was a Mr. Coffee.)-There is a 6-seat golf cart available...we found out that there is a tunnel that goes under the main busy road to get to the beach. That was super convenient. The kids LOVED the golf cart. -There is a little "town" within the community that you can get to using the golf cart. It's called The Village of Baytowne Wharf. -The description stated that we had access to 2 pools. However, one was completely gone and being re-done or something else was going in. And it was the one that was really close too. We checked all the other pools in the community and only 1 other was available (the main big one). But it was a nice pool, just a bit further away. -You can only park 2 vehicles and the golf cart. But there are 4 guest spots a short distance away. They were usually available except on the weekend.

Loved Our Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to this unit after staying there the previous year. The unit itself was fine, however, I think a few upgrades would be in order. Be mattresses are ready for an update, a few more dishes would be helpful. We had to let the water run for a while before it warmed up in the shower and bathrooms. We called Gibson when the dryer took forever to dry. They responded quickly, cleaned the vents, and it worked much better!! There were 4 adults in our group so 2 more beach chairs would have been very welcomed!! (Someone left a somewhat broken one but it worked !) We left behind a few things to add to the unit:cloth napkins that matched the dishes, a throw pillow and blanket, and a few paperbacks! Before I forget, the umbrellas in the backyard need replacing-one is really torn and moldy! Based on renting other properties, a few more necessities would have been appreciated like: paper towels, and toilet paper. We purchased a bike off Marketplace to use since we discovered we couldn’t use the ones at SanDestin. We would have loved to leave it to use in the future so the ability to store it on site would have been great. ( We were willing to leave it for others to use) Making one available would be a nice perk! The hold cart was a great addition, however it was difficult to steer and had no cover. We wiped it down daily. Left uncovered, will decrease its longevity. We did decide to return next year because the price was within our budget. In summary, just a few little touches would add so much!

Great for families!

We enjoyed our stay in this home! We are a family of 5 with kids ages ranging from 24 to 2 and it was perfect. We really enjoyed the golf cart and getting around the community. We also spent many nights grilling outside and enjoying the patio. The location was perfect and close to everything. Being able to hop on the golf cart and go the the beach was great. If you plan to do laundry just be advised that it takes the dryer several cycles to get your clothes dry but other then that everything else was in perfect condition. Communication with property management was instant. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 475 Linkside! The house was the perfect size, we loved the location and proximity to the pool! The front patio and the backyard were favorite morning spits for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were attractive and comfy. The beds that were advertised as queen size were actually smaller than a queen and the sheets were oversized. One of the mattresses in the front bedroom should be replaced as it was worn out and uncomfortable. I also think the dryer vent is in need of being cleaned as it took a long time to dry a load of clothes. When we needed something to be corrected, Gibson responded quickly. One suggestion: we were under the impression that all SanDestin amenities were included and were disappointed to discover that if we wanted to use the bikes or pickle ball court, we had to pay extra. Maybe this could be clarified in your add. Otherwise, we were happy and plan to return hoping to see a new mattress next year!!

Quiet Location!

This was our 4th time to Sandestin but first time staying in this area of the property. Quiet, relaxing vacation with a nice private backyard. Beds were very comfortable and the golf cart with cover was awesome for chilly mornings/evenings. We used the electric fireplace every night and enjoyed the outdoor seating options.

Great vacation rental, with many extras!

We loved the property! The house was great for our big family, we had children from ages 2-17 and there was something for everyone! Golf cart was a must and wonderful for taking on the property. The house does need a spatula and a few utensils. IT DEFINITELY, needs a map in the property with landmarks for the pools, tunnels, and the cart wash. We were able to find one online! Would 100% recommend to anyone! Enjoy!!

Lots of space for 7!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at this same property.Upon entering this time, the house smelled like cigarette smoke. The description states NO SMOKING which is a reason we liked this house. Management did say that they could bring something over to air it out, but we would have to leave for 2 hours. The point is that we paid for something that did not measure up to the described property. I am disappointed.
