This updated, one-story, pet-friendly villa in the family-friendly community of Linkside Village offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation with activities galore. Nestled on spectacular beach and bay-front-only 8 miles east of Destin, Sandestin offers something for everyone. This beautiful, spacious home features a bright, updated kitchen with granite and pass-through bar to the dining room with seating for six. Pet fee 100.00 per pet, Max 3 dog, 50 lbs per dog max size. Great Location in Sandestin

We enjoyed this property with the fenced backyard which made it so easy with pets. Unit was clean and comfortably furnished. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Fenced yard was such a blessing!

Our stay was great, dogs were happy to lounge in the outdoor space, neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walking!

Fun in the Sun in Destin!

The property is located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The backyard is completely fenced in for pups which is fantastic. The kitchen has all of the comforts of home.

Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable home. Good lighting, decently supplied kitchen, comfortable beds. Always enjoy the Sandestin Resort area and would definitely stay in this home again.

Nice house to stay. Pet-friendly.

We really enjoyed this VRBO. It was comfortable and they responded quickly to our request for the broken coffee pot to be replaced. It would be fantastic if they left a guide for things on the resort, such as beach access, restaurants, checking in at the main gate, etc. also a golf cart rental would be helpful!!!!

Awesome time!

The house was perfect with all our needs met. Fenced in yard was a plus for our 2 pups. The neighborhood is awesome with so much to offer within walking distance. We ate most meals here and everything was at our fingertips. Beds comfortable and washer and dryer was a great bonus for a two week stay.

Great location

The property was as described inside the home. We all liked the floor plan and the large living room area. The back yard was in need of some care from trimming back to removal of large fallen limbs. The convenience of washer and dryer is great, however the dryer is old and takes hours to dry towels. Highly recommend an upgrade. Kitchen could use some organization.

GREAT LOCATION

This is a golf cart community. This property does not have a cart nor does the San Destin Resort allow outside rentals. There are however bike rentals available. Roomy 3 BR and 2 bath with a great layout.

A relaxing pet friendly place close to the hustle and bustle.

The house was nice and tucked away in a quiet section of the street. Everything was accessible and easy to use in the house. There we some roaches we had to get rid of before getting settled in but, that wasn’t a big deal since this is Florida. Some things for management to consider, the back yard has some branches touching the soffit and roofline of the house which allows access for bugs and small critters to get in. Also, the front of the house needs a little bit of power washing to knock spider nests and webs around the front doors, but all in all, a good place to stay with kids and pets.

Vacation with the comfort of home

This home boasted large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, plenty blankets and lots of pillows. The adults all loved their huge, king-sized beds. We were also very pleased with two big beds in the room for the kids - bunk beds are not convenient for young kids. It was great to sit around the table in pajamas, sipping our favorite coffee, in no rush to find a restaurant for breakfast. The fenced backyard was small, but perfect for little ones to bounce off some energy and hunt lizards and frogs until we were off to enjoy the sites and local entertainment. We never figured out the community transportation app, which would have been nice to use for Baytowne Wharf, but that’s on that company. We loved this VRBO experience!

It fit our needs well.

There was pleanty of room and we love the backyard. We had some communication issues (were never sent the door code) so I had to stand in the driveway trying to figure out how to get it. A folder with local info/things to do/how far is the walk to the beach etc. and check out instructions would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable but SQUEAKED loudly with any movement at all.... Over all it was great, would stay there again.

Will not be back.

I never give a bad review but stay away from this place. The oven did not work-there was no hot water in the kitchen-the furniture was very old, along with the beds. Also the front door was broke-the doorknob came off the door. I have visited Sandestin for 30 years and this place was terrible!!!!

Very Nice and Spacious!

This was our 4th time to stay in this unit so obviously, we love it. We have a chihuahua and this unit has a fenced yard which is absolutely the best for a pet owner. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. The furniture is comfortable and so are the beds. Having a golf cart with the unit is also a huge plus. We were able to go to Baytowne Wharf using the golf cart as well as to Pubix. Not to mention how beautiful the properties are and how much fun it is to drive around in the golf cart looking at everything. The coffeemaker broke the 2nd day we were there, we called and within two hours, they brought us a new one in the box! Can't say enough nice things about the property. We definitely will be going back!

Lacking information in the development

The rental was clean and the neighborhood was nice. Would I rent this place again? NO. It was upsetting to all of us bc we have never traveled to Destin prior to this. We were lacking "things to do" and amenity locations that are advertised to this house. The rental is advertised w/ amenities, but we were clueless time off arrival where everything was. We had to drive around the complex and stop and ask maintenance and security where/what we had access to? We also could not set a temp in the house to our own liking. Of course after paying in full, I received HOUSE RULES- Never stayed anywhere where the owner told us TO NOT change the thermostat. Lastly, the tub was completely clogged the 1st night and the dishwasher did not work and leaked all over the kitchen floor. For the price we paid, there should not have been an issue.
