The Sea Shack is a charming Carolina Beach cottage located in heart of Pleasure Island. Across street from beach, easy parking for 4 vehicles. This home is perfect vacation spot for up to 6. The Sea Shack has been highly rated, especially by families with younger children for ease of accessing beach/fenced backyard! Sit back relax with family/friends as you enjoy all that Pleasure Island has to offer. **The Sea Shack is located in a quiet residential area with a "no party/event" policy. All guests must have prior approval.**
Cottage provides PERFECT destination for families/couples looking for place to "get away" from our "virtual" worlds. Walks on beach are quite therapeutic! Access to island greenway for walking/biking. PLEASE NOTE NO PETS ALLOWED as a courtesy to our guests with allergies. MIN. AGE FOR BOOKING 25 (must be present during stay)

Had a great time at the sea shack, right across the street from the beach. Check in was extremely easy. The outdoor shower for rinsing off was fabulous. We hope to come again soon!

We loved our stay at the cottage. It was exactly as expected. Very clean!! Close to the ocean and a good driving distance to everything else. They responded to any questions I had before our stay very quickly and were accommodating. We would stay again!

Absolutely stunning. Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The house had everything we needed. The location was top notch. It was our first time visiting the area. I highly recommend Beach break donuts and Benny Pazarellis pizza. We were there for the Thuraday night fireworks. We sat on the beach right by the house and watched them. The best part was the really early morning walks on the shore. We will definitely return for another stay. The hosts were always available for any questions. The entire experience was smooth.

Delaine was very easy to communicate with. She kept us up to date on everything - even a possible internet outage in the area! The house itself was super clean and comfortable. It is laid out nicely so it feels roomy. The kitchen was well stocked and had nice extra touches that were appreciated. Same with the bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks, Delaine!

Great stay at the Sea Shack!

The owners were so communicative and welcoming. The cottage is adorable and the location is great. Check-in was easy and we had no issues. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Carolina Beach!

Hi! We are Delaine and Larry. Upon retirement, we immediately moved to Carolina Beach, where we had vacationed extensively throughout our 47 years of marriage! Life on Pleasure Island is truly a dream come true. Everyday is an adventure, with plenty of walking the beach, biking the entire island, pier and shore fishing, visiting the aquarium, riding the ferry to Southport, Jeep riding on the south end of Ft. Fisher - the fun never ends! And last but definitely not least, entertaining our 6 grandkids on the shore.

WHEW! Come join us for relaxation and fun. Forget to mention - enjoying the absolutely best seafood around. Life at Carolina Beach is AWESOME!

We are conveniently located between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Kure Beach Pier. Its a short drive or bike ride away. We personally ride our beach cruisers everywhere around the island.
