Great Home in The Grove

NO LOCAL RENTALS ALLOWED! You will love this Forest Park Southeast neighborhood home, better known as "The Grove". This neighborhood is in walking distance to the Barnes/BJC Hospital Campus as well as historic Forest Park (which offers the best free zoo in the Midwest). The neighborhood's central location is less than 5 miles to most St. Louis entertainment districts (Downtown St.Louis, Central West End, Delmar Loop and Soulard). Our home is the perfect central location for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our home is just a 10 minute walk from the Central West End Metro Station (or 3-minute car ride). From the Central West End Station you can access the Metro Link or Metro Bus. The Metro Station also has parking available if you want to park and ride.

Host was great about giving all the information we needed up front. The home was clean and impressive for the price point. My entire family had their own room and bathrooms making getting ready of a morning and winding down for bed easy. Will definitely stay again next time we come to town!

The property needs updating. The master bedroom was warm the entire weekend. The back yard needed major upkeep. The location was great. We was within 10 to 15 minutes from the everything we wanted to see. Overall I would stay here again.

The photos don’t do this home justice! It’s much larger than you’d expect with three rooms and lots of extra space for lounging. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location! A nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Major attractions are just a few minutes drive. The house is OK, but could use a little work. The bathroom and the kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts are very thoughtful.

The property is old and dated. It could use some cosmetic updates. Overall the property was worth the price. The property has a quaint quality about it. The neighborhood is good and the house is centrally located We will rent it again if we return to St. Louis

The home had everything that we needed. It was in a great location near Forest Park. The three full bathrooms worked well for our group of five. We loved the little breakfast area for our morning gatherings.

Property was very clean. It also had a nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. Great location near the Grove and the Hill with lots of restaurants and activities.

Great Place Convenient Location

Great stay! In the Grove area and it is nice and close to alot of resuarants and bars. Nice quiet neighborhood made for a nice peaceful getaway

Property was great. Close to downtown by car and within walking and biking distance of Forest Park which gas local zoo, museums, and walking paths.

Charming house with nice remodels. Linens and bedding were comfortable, pillows not as much but if you're picky, you are probably packing your own anyways. Walking distance to the bus stop and to the Science Center. Hosts were gracious and responsive. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Good value and location

For the cost, this place covers the basics with multiple bathrooms, good beds , well equipped kitchen and central air conditioning. It’s located near the zoo and just 10 minutes from downtown.

Great, quiet place close to the Interstate

The house was older, but definitely large enough for our family. The hosts communicated well when we text them and were very professional. We were very pleased with our stay.

the 2 upstairs bathrooms were not safe for people to use the toilets were not tightened down and one the shower curtain rods was ripping out of the wall and the glazing in the tub upstairs was done with no tread marks so I slipped and fell while taking a shower DIY SpecialsThe mattresses for both upstairs bedrooms were as hard as the floor so I slept on the couch. some of the outlets were loose in wall and and also some of the wall vent covers didn't cover the holes in the wall. Also the neighborhood is bordering nonfriendly areas which would have been nice to know especially for people coming from out of state with young kids
