This brick two bedroom home located in Historic Soulard, St Louis near downtown, close to pubs and nightclubs. Come and enjoy an evening in the many restaurant patios or take a shuttle(3 minute walk, 0.2 miles) to a downtown game. The private back yard offers a lovely space to enjoy cool spring and fall nights and gas fireplace provides warm and inviting evenings on cold winter nights. Upstairs has a large master bedroom(Queen), Jack'n Jill access to bathroom and a deck overlooking the courtyard. The other bedroom(Queen) features a huge near wall to wall bay window.

Please put towels that were used to the washing machine and start it.

Gather Dishes
Start the dishwasher or use the dish detergent near the sink.

Throw Away Trash
The dumpster is located across the street behind Jack Nolen's.

Lock Up
Make sure the gate is locked and the back door in the kitchen is locked. The last thing to lock is the front deadbolts when you depart.

This was a great place to stay for my family of 6. Easy location to get in and out of the city and practically next door to the brewery. Plenty of room and was clean. Only problem is the outdoor space was usable. I will book this again and recommend this location to anyone!

I really liked the location. This location was not in the heart of Soulard but an easy walk to everything Soulard had to offer. Being just a little out of the main streets of Soulard and his location was quiet and very little traffic. Parking was easy too. Host was the best. Good communication and always made sure everything was in order. Cleanliness was top notch too.

This property was located perfectly for our needs. We felt like we had easy access to all of the best of St Louis. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and there's a little bit of a view of the Arch from the 2nd floor balcony. The host provided perfect instructions for accessing the property and checkout was a breeze. We also found a cool board game restaurant called "Pieces" just a few blocks away that was a big hit with my family.

Thanks for your Stay Eric, Soulard can get loud, but the property is in a quieter part of Soulard. Pieces is great, I highly recommend it to many of my guests. I have a ton of great recommendations to places within walking distance or a short ride away. I lived at the property for years before converting it.

Perfect location for a visit to St. Louis. Nice little neighborhood outside the city. House had everything we needed and was nicely maintained.

Our family stayed at this property for an extended period while receiving medical care, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The home was comfortable, clean, and provided a welcoming place to relax during a challenging time.What truly set this property apart was the host. Location is great but Friday night on the block one below where we were saying a number of cars had a window smashed. There are two fun local establishments within walking distance and the pizza at D’s place is excellent. The unit itself was great but the back porch and front steps could use a little tending to. The beds were really comfy and the sitting room/living room is perfect for four adults.

Jack Nolen's is a great place to go, it's across a street. But their are several great spots to go all within walking distance ( D's Place and Big Daddies are the closest 2) The place is great for 4 adults, 6 can make it through a weekend.
