BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both bedrooms have a Queen bed and full bath attached. This unit also includes a twin rollaway bed as well as a high quality queen blow up mattress.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 3 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay. There are granite kitchen counters with stainless steel appliances and Hardwood floors throughout.

There is a 55" Samsung smart HD TV with cable, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, games, books, and more!

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

Loud

Place was somewhat clean as far as shape of walls, bathroom, etc. Towels/sheets were fine. No toiletries was a disappointment. Parking was hard because trucks were in back doing construction below.

A wonderful apartment for our short stay. Dishwasher did not seem to work, but it could have been the operator. Overall excellent experience.

Great for our family

Having a second bedroom was amazing with our 1 year old. She could have her own space and we didn’t have to tip toe around during nap times. Very convenient to be in the heart of downtown to walk everywhere!

Exactly as described! Amazing Location.

Doesn’t get any more “in town” than this. Walkable to everything. Parking was great. Very clean and well appointed. Host was extremely responsive. This place was welcoming and tbh, it exceeded our expectations. We did sleep 8 here and it was a little tight - as we expected – but it worked, and the description of the sleeping accommodations are perfectly accurate, including the air mattress. Staying in town on a football weekend is going to be loud at night- that’s to be expected - and not a problem for us. This was a great rental and would definitely rent again here.

Love staying in the heart of Auburn

This is my second time renting this property. Its central location makes it a wonderful spot to explore Auburn. For those who want access to the lively (and boisterous!) downtown area—even on non-game weekends—this is the perfect spot! The Target right next door makes it easy to get essentials for the full-sized kitchen, and there are also wonderful eateries right outside your doorstep.

Convenient clean cozy

Overall fabulous location & clean & convenient Parking issues being blocked in multiple occasions by workers at next door property getting renovated but was able to figure out with workers at neighboring property Just caused 10-15 min delays in them moving trucks and they own spot under property stairs making parking challenging at times

College Move In

My wife and I stayed here for college move in for our son. the location is great and the place was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are a little small and the showers are very small. Otherwise, a great place to stay. We would stay again.

Graduation

We were in Auburn for son’s graduation. This place was perfect location for that. The parking for the apartment is not good. The back side of apartment was not appealing but the inside was clean. We had issues with the water cutting off two different times. Contacted host and she contacted the city. I paid a pet deposit but our dog passed two months before our trip. I contacted host and was told she could not refund deposit till we checked in. When we arrived I contacted her and she said for some reason they could not credit my account so they would send me a check. Still have not received check. We stayed in VRBO in Destin before going to Auburn. I had my pet deposit back from them before we left Destin. Not sure why this is a problem for these people.

Tiny Bathroom Shower but Beautiful Big Living Area

Much noisier than expected, music playing below through the night. Living area was nice. Well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Parking directions couldn’t have been more spot on! Hallway in building had a horrific smell so you had to hold your breathe. The showers in the bathrooms have a three feet opening, very very tiny. If you’re claustrophobic you’re not showering. Mattresses are well used and lumpy. Living area and view were beautiful. Would I stay here again, Yes! I managed the tiny bathroom and lumpy bed because of location and view.

Mother and Son Auburn Visit

We loved the location of the apartment. It was clean, cozy, very cool and we could come and go easily from the shops and restaurants. We will absolutely stay here whenever we come to Auburn!

convenient, walkable location

We were in town visiting our daughter who goes to Auburn. The location of this apartment is great -- very walkable to restaurants, shopping, campus, stadium, for exercise, etc. The beds and furniture are comfortable, and there are plenty of throw blankets and extra pillows. We liked how open the living room and kitchen/dining area are. Additionally, the property management company is extremely responsive and helpful (e.g., early check-in, help with wifi, etc.). I would tell those considering this rental to be aware that you'll be in a very noisy environment since you're in middle of the lively downtown area as well as near the train. The train goes by, honking its horn extensively, every morning right around 6 AM, and it sounds as if it's in the apartment with you. Also, though you're not able to see this in the listing's photos, the two showers appear to be original to the building (charming tile), and they are approximately 4.5'x4.5' with openings going into them that are about 2' wide. They worked fine for the two of us, but I can imagine that they'd be quite challenging for some people to use. If you like milkshakes, the apartment is located above a fun milkshake shop called The Yard. Additionally, you're right next door to Target, which is helpful if you've forgotten anything you need for your stay. If you're looking for the full "college vibes" experience, this apartment gives you the opportunity to be in the center of all that makes Auburn so much fun.

GREAT LOCATION!

I came in town to watch my daughter perform in Greek Sing and loved staying right in the middle of all the action! I loved being able to walk right down the stairs into the heart of downtown Auburn and all the boutiques! The bedroom on the left is much quieter than the bedroom on the right that faces Target. (Kids gather on the green space below the bedroom window and it can get a little loud). The white noise machine helped block out the sounds of the street and train. Adorable apartment and so easy to park and just leave your car. I just walked everywhere and was able to meet my daughter and son easily after and between classes!
