Everything is brand new, parking is directly behind the building, enjoy a huge balcony with ample seating that over looks Southeastern, Skybar, downtown Auburn, Magnolia Ave, Auburn's campus, & the famous Oaks at Toomer's Corner - Park your car in your designated spot and walk everywhere!

Great spot

This rental is spacious and well appointed. The beds were indeed amazing. The noise from South and Sky was exactly as advertised but was easily muted with use of sound machines in the bedrooms. There is only parking for 1 vehicle and only 1 physical key given, so that's not ideal, but also not dealbreakers.

Great location!

Awesome location and lots of space! Auburn beat TN in basketball the Saturday night we were there, and we had a front row seat to watch all the fun unfold at Toomer's corner by just stepping out on the patio. As described in the listing; it is located next to loud late night bars but the sound machines were great and had no problem sleeping. Thanks so much; would definitely book again!

Graduation weekend

Great location and clean property. It was loud at night because of bars but that was made very clear in the description. We were not bothered by it since we knew about it. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family to enjoy a great weekend visit with our college student and conveniently host his friends! The space is open and roomy and eloquently decorated with every convenience we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and welcoming. We’re looking forward to future stays!

Great Location!

We only stayed one night but it was the perfect location for a work function at the Auburn Hotel. The beds are very comfortable!!

Perfect location

Beautiful apartment making our time together so very easy. Excellent location and yes loud but sound machines provided and we slept well. Outdoor space such a bonus!

Fun Spot in the heart of town

Very nice and large place right in heart of Auburn. It's near the bars so it's fun and happening. Everything is walkable and the unit has everything you need.

Convenient and Clean!!

We recently stayed at the penthouse in downtown Auburn and had a fantastic experience. The space was not only nice and impeccably clean but also incredibly convenient. The location is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Auburn. It’s right across from the Campus, and all of the local restaurants and shops. Having a dedicated parking place was a huge plus, making it hassle-free to come and go. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Auburn!

Visiting our daughter at AU for Easter weekend

We had a fantastic experience at this property. Would highly recommend staying here. The best location and very clean. Amanda is great to work with! Definitely would stay again !
