There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 210 offers a great view of College Street in Downtown Auburn.

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This unit is within immediate walking distance of the downtown Target, Publix, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn University as well as local downtown favorites such as Tacortita, Southeastern, and Therapy an Auburn Boutique.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Perfect Location

Perfect location, building, apartment, you name it! This is the BEST place to stay in Auburn if you are traveling with your family. There were four in our group and we had plenty of room, beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for our two night stay!

Great location and nice condo

This is the best location!! It’s the perfect spot for being in town for graduation. The noise at night was easily solved by the noise machine they have in each bedroom. This unit was very nicely decorated. Loved our stay.

Inaccurate address listing and poor contact with manager

The check-in process was inadequate. The address given was not the actual address of the property. The actual entry was on a street behind the address given. after much anxious searching, I accidentally went to the opposite side of the address given, where I found a woman about to leave. She was not the manager of the property I rented, but worked for Magnolia. She knew the door pass-code and the door code to the apartment. That part of my experience was not good. I would have gone to a local hotel, if I had not accidentally found the woman who helped me. The phone number listed for the manager was unhelpfull. The arrival address and regiatration part of the process badly needs work

Great location and immaculate

Couldn’t get a better location for an Auburn football game. Incredibly clean, nice, and new. Perfect for two couples, each with a large king nd own bath. ,

Beautiful condo close to campus!

This was our second stay in the Godbold Building. The condo is beautiful...love the decor! It is very clean and has everything you need! The beds are very comfortable! The host is wonderful at communication!

Perfect location

We loved our time here! Perfect location for our visit to Auburn. Loved the space and that we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furniture and decor are lovely, beds are very comfortable and I feel it had everything we needed! One thing to think about when staying here…It is right on college street so it does get loud at night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There is a sound machine in the room that helps also. Wasn’t a problem for me, just thought I would put it out there for the light sleepers. Don’t let that deter you from staying here though. It is a great place to stay! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

The apartment was in a fabulous location above Target and on the college's main street, just steps from campus and restaurants. We will stay again if our child chooses Auburn as his college choice.

Perfect location and so homey!

My mother in law and I visited my daughter for a long weekend and this was the absolute perfect place to stay!!! It was super cozy and decorated beautifully. The sound makers in the rooms were perfect but we really didn’t notice much of the bar noise. You will not be disappointed with the location and overall comfort of this place!!! Can’t wait to stay again. A+++

Great location and very nice!

The condo was exactly as described. It’s very convenient, furnished with high end furniture and has everything you need. The included parking spot was great. The only issue we experienced was street noise (proximity to bars), but that was expected with a weekend stay. The nice, clean condo and being central to everything outweighed the noise for us. I’d love to stay here again.

Perfect with sounds of Auburn

Place was gorgeous! Didn’t have toiletries but host got them to us the next day, lucky the Target below had travel shampoo. Train loves to travel a lot in the night and is a block away, wind howls through windows and you can hear people and cars passing by. But with all that said I’d stay again but bring shampoo and earplugs.
