this condo is not very well equipped with the necessities for the kitchen. it would be helpful if the management company/owner might review and see all what is lacking. it feels like there is a disconnect.no instructions for how some of the recessed lights work and that was frustrating.has a lovely view and the large balcony is enjoyable.

This condo was incredibly clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The views were absolutely amazing, and being so close to the beach was a huge plus we could easily walk over and enjoy the ocean anytime. One of our favorite parts was seeing deer in the mornings, which made the experience feel extra special and peaceful. The kids had a great time to they loved the games and puzzles that they provided, which kept them entertained after a long day at the beach.

Yes the brightness was cheerful. Overall views and area was great. Loved bathroom magnifying mirror. Weather too cool for pool but nice walks on beach.

Lovely Stay!

The condo was stunning and completely met all of our needs. Plenty of room for all of us and the large balcony was a bonus! We would definitely stay again!

This property is stunning! Close to the beach and within walking distance to one restaurant and quick drive to others. Also quick drive to the historic district. We enjoyed the wrap around balcony and view! Highly recommend!

The south facing condo was well built with an abundance of natural light. Location allows for multiple beach walks each day. Short drive to downtown Fernandina or Amelia. This top floor south end unit is spectacular. The elevator and carts to assist with supplies were appreciated. Only negative- waste management emptied the trash dumpster on Friday morning 12/26 before sunrise.

Clean. Pretty and a great view!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every sunrise and sunset. The place was perfect and made it easy to enjoy the week.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing

My son, his 3 children and I stayed at the property for a week. Although this was probably the hottest week in the area this summer, we were very comfortable. The condo was cozy, well stocked and clean. The pool was just right for all. The beach was basically across the street and the views were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to other families.
