This property is truly situated in the most central spot on the island-as you mentioned you can get to the beach in moments, and can get to the historic downtown Fernandina Beach in 5 minutes! We are sorry to hear that the Wifi was poor, and apologize for any inconvenience that created. We will make mention of this to the owner, as they are currently on the complex wifi that is shared with other units which in turn can work slower if there are a lot of users on it at once. We will also share the feedback regarding the mattresses with the owner, whom is always looking for ways to continue to maintain high guest satisfaction. We are very sorry about the condition of the pool. The complex is under new association management, and we will be sure to bring this to their attention. I will also mention about vacuuming under the sofas to the cleaners. That is an excellent point and something we will make sure they do in the future. We did call the association about the grill during your stay and addressed the issue of only one of the grills being usable. I believe they have resolved that issue now as well, but will check back into it. We are a family owned business and take pride in each and every one of our rental properties.
