This condo is exactly as described and pictured. Very spacious and clean! The wrap around porch with the hammock was my favorite part! It is a very quiet complex within walking distance to the beach. We had a great stay!

Our third year staying at this property. End unit, so lots of windows, huge deck, comfortable beds and pillows, super soft sheets, plenty of parking, and easy (short walk) beach access. Kitchen is also well equipped.

Every thing was great. Loved the place. Very clean and well decorated. Would love to go back again next year. The host was very nice and helpful.

Fun family trip

Nice quiet condo. Kitchen stocked well for family meals. Comfortable beds. Large living space. Condo close to parking and short walk to beach. Would stay here again.

Perfect vacation

This property was beautiful. It had all the amenities of home. Close to the beach and restaurants. The host made check in check out a breeze. I can’t wait to rent from them again.

Property is great! Very spacious and beautiful wrap around balcony. Couldn’t ask for a better location!! Bedding, linen, and towels need updating due to smell and use. So grateful to the owners for hosting.

This is just a terrific place. The unit is in residential area. Very quiet. Everything you need in a kitchen and comfortable beds. If you have young children there are some toys and games for them too. A bonus was the pond below had a variety of birds including hood storks and spoonbills egrets as well. You can see the ocean from a distance and deck is terrific. Easy walk to the beach and beach is lovely. Enjoyed restaurants nearby and a visit to both egans creek and fort behind the condo and entrance around the corner. The town is just charming. Hope to return again. Instructions and information from owner really helpful.

Park and walk

This place is ideally located for a relaxing vacation. Within walking distance, one has the beach, pool, dining, Egan Creek Greenway, and For Clinch State Park. We will be returning.

Snowbirds from Wisconsin

Have stayed here before and love this condo. It’s spacious and well stocked. The balcony/deck is huge with comfortable furniture. TV watching is comfortable with large tv and recliners. Close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to our needs during our month long stay. Will be back next year!

Tough week at the beach

Weather was extremely windy and rainy, but the accommodations worked extremely well. The unit was comfortable and well stocked.

Very clean and beautiful!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. There was plenty of space to spread out, even with the 5 of us. The beach is visible from the large balcony and there is plenty of shopping and dining just 2 or so miles away. The unit was very clean and well equipped.

Spacious, Airy, Relaxing Retreat

We come to Fernandina Beach every Memorial Day and have stayed at several Ocean Park condos over the years. This is our 2nd year at this particular unit. It is lovely - spacious, with a lovely wrap around porch. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds with good pillows. Will definitely be looking to rebook for next year!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time on Fernandina Beach. The condo was as described - clean and stocked with beach towels, cooking supplies, etc. Only item we could have used is a beach umbrella. We loved the short walk to the beach and access to the pool. Downtown was a short drive. The host was responsive and let us check out late, which was much appreciated!

Perfect Stay at the Beach

This unit was perfect for our family trip with our 2 adult kids. So spacious and offers all amenities you could need. Location is fantastic. We loved sitting on the wrap around balcony at night. And a late afternoon nap in the hammock is just what the doctor ordered. PS. The mattress in the master bedroom was sooooo comfy!

Fabulous Condo!

I loved everything about this unit. The size was perfect for our group, and it is beautifully decorated. The wrap around balcony would be a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails (had the weather been warmer). The condo had everything we needed, and then some. This was our first trip to Amelia Island. I'd love to visit again, and if I do, I'd definitely want to stay in this lovely place!

Wonderful

We just spent 3 weeks at this condo and loved it. It was as described. It was an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants and an easy short drive to historic downtown. The condo was well furnished esp the kitchen with spices and a crockpot. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Beach chairs and bikes were a nice plus. Would definitely recommend.

This was a relaxing and fun getaway for our family. We especially appreciated the huge deck with hammock, being able to walk to the beach, the proximity to the state park, ease of arrival, fun stuff on the island, amazing book selection, and the most well appointed kitchen I have experienced in an home stay. The needle and thread were clutch! Even scissors! Thanks again, we’d love to come back!

Lovely condo

We really enjoyed the condo and Fernandina. The home is so spacious and nicely designed - very comfortable. We had everything we needed, although some of the garage equipment for the beach could use updating. Also, we would have appreciated the water being a few degrees hotter for showers and dishes, but these were very minor inconveniences compared to the total very pleasant experience.

We're glad that you found everything comfortable and had everything you needed. The garage equipment will be checked into, and replacements made as necessary. Sometimes after a summer of use it needs attention, but all bikes, chairs, and beach equipment are complimentary at no extra charge. On receiving your email about the water temperature, a repairman was called and a new hot water heater installed. It is always our desire to provide guests with a positive experience, and we can only improve on what we know.
