Experience Pismo Beach like never before in this attractive condo in Bella Vista, a gated secured complex - only steps from the pier. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, quiet building but just a short walk downhill two blocks to the beach. Steps to all downtown has to offer this is the perfect location. Location is the top mention in our five star reviews. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom and luxurious king bed, where you can relax and watch your favorite programs on the high definition flat screen TV. With a queen bed in the second bedroom and a comfy sleeper sofa in the living room (pillows and linens provided), this home away from home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room provides another HDTV; both are smart TVs that are fully equipped with streaming TV: we provide YouTubeTV for all your sports watching. After a long day at the beach, come home and watch a Blu Ray DVD, or listen to music on the Sonos streaming music system. The fully equipped kitchen has a window overlooking the beautiful courtyard. A brand new refrigerator was installed recently with filtered water and ice on the door. With the kitchen window open you can hear the peaceful courtyard fountain. This is a single level condo with elevator access to the front door. Gated parking for 1 vehicle, parking pass for one additional vehicle. Full size washer and dryer. Just as advertised! So wonderful to have 2 bathrooms! It was quiet and comfortable and close to all Pismo has to offer. The hosts were very accommodating, accessible, and communicated effectively. We will return here year after year since we visit family annually. Thank you for an enjoyable Vrbo experience!

The host was amazing! And very responsive and accessible. I received perfect instructions that made getting into this very secure place easy and stress free. The home was perfectly clean and beautifully appointed. We felt so comfortable and very safe. The location was great with delicious food within easy walking distance. The beach was about a 5 minute walk from our door. Everything was better than we expected and we hope to return and stay again soon! THANK YOU!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in your condo! The accommodations were perfect for our family and we were all very comfortable. We have stayed in this building several times, but this was our first in this unit. We love this building for its easy proximity to everything. Hosts provided excellent check in/out instructions. We especially appreciated the tv/cable/sofa bed instructions located inside the condo! Thank you for quickly responding to our texts and quickly resolving our minor issues - we will definitely be back!

We have stayed here multiple times now and the hosts are great! Very responsive and provide good intelligence about the area. Restaurants and Pismo pier are within easy walking distance. This year I suffered a leg injury before arrival and was very happy they have an elevator to the second floor.

Thomas and Elizabeth were AMAZING hosts! Communication was timely and thorough. They even reached out to inform us that an early check in was available. The condo was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a group of 4 but could very comfortably accommodate a group of 6. We appreciated the ease of the check in and check out process. The location is PERFECT! We were able to walk to all shops, restaurants, and the beach in just a few minutes. We will definitely be staying at Thomas and Elizabeth’s place again in the future! Could not recommend more!

We love this place!

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back. It is a well kept property and the location to beach and dining is hard to beat. Owners are very responsive.

We've lived in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley for 35 years. It's a great place to live BUT it doesn't have a Beach :). We have owned this condo since 2016 and have upgraded it since our purchase. We love our building for it's proximity to the beach and restaurants but it's quiet peaceful atmosphere. The best of both worlds.

This is a relatively new building that is safe and secure with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and night life. It's an ideal get away location. Our unit is newly refurbished with everything you could want.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This condo has two permitted parking places. One gated, one outside the gate in a private lot. Easy Elevator access to the unit. Unit is on one level. Private and quiet but yet two blocks from Pismo Pier. The building itself is entirely gated adding an extra level of security.
