Welcome to your very own MTV Cribs featured paradise. This private entry Master Suite is waiting for you. Absolutely quiet and restful. It's only 5 minutes away from Downtown SLO. The house is situated on the border of San Luis Obispo and Edna Valley, right next to 32 vineyards all within 5 miles.

A high end hotel experience without the high prices in town 5 minutes away and no screaming kids disturbing your stay.
Note: no pets allowed including service animals. Family has severe allergies and animals are not allowed.
Pool and hot tub available for use. Waivers need to be signed before your stay. Please note. The pool is not heated and stays between 76-80 during the late spring, summer and early fall months. The hot tub is heat on demand to the temperature you wish and included in the nightly rate. Other ammenities are waterfall and waterslide. Outdoor decks with dining and sitting areas.

Note: Trampoline on top deck is prohibited from use. Major liability for me and use will be grounds for immediate eviction from the property.

Place location is convenient to the coast and all small towns room is excellent nights in spa looking at the stars is relaxing the place is better then any resort or hotel on central coast price is right can’t say enough about this place you won’t be disappointed

Great place to stay! Very welcoming hosts. Location was perfect for a visit to San Luis Obispo- town, wineries and a quick drive to Pismo Beach. Apartment was clean and had all amenities you could possible need for a stay. The hot tub was a perfect way to end days of hiking and wine tasting. Highly recommend!

Beautiful & quiet spot, helpful host, and great amenities. The jets in the jacuzzi were weaker than we expected, but it still felt good to relax in the hot water!

Jason and family were great hosts from start to finish. The property is on a quiet cal-de-sac, not too far from downtown or Cal Poly. The star of the show is the backyard oasis, wow!

10/10-The place was clean and had an easy check in process. Everything is just like the pictures. Beautiful place like we we in paradise Thank you for quick response to any questions we had. The water slide into the pool and sitting in the hot tub was magical! We definitely will be back again!!

Great location and in a very quiet neighborhood.The room was spacious and the host provided a bottle of wine, coffee and supplies and snacks. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but it was right outside the room. The host was very accessible by texts.

Great space for our trip to SLO without our kids! It’s exactly as described - a hotel like experience. We enjoyed the hot tub and backyard, the quiet neighborhood, and the comfy bed. Everything we needed was included: a large smart TV, morning coffee, snacks, water, ample towels, and shower necessities. The host is communicative and accessible if needed. Will definitely look for this listing when we are in town again.

It was very nice. We didn’t use the jacuzzi because it was storming, but we enjoyed watching a movie in bed. Our host was attentive and the space was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jason was very communicative and followed up during our stay to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. Cleanliness is very important and the location fit our needs. The property is beautiful, comfortable well equipped and centrally located. Wonderful host. it truly is an OASIS!

Beautiful property. Loved the hot tub. Bed was super comfy. Fireplace was great addition. Was as described. The grill looked as if not used for a while but then again it is winter. Good communication. Instructions on how to use everything. Highly recommended.

Oasis is everything you see in the pictures and more. It is a beautiful bungalow that is well maintained, clean & comfortable. Our host, Jason was so helpful & considerate when I asked for suggestions for local sight seeing. San Luis Obispo is such a gorgeous area to visit with such sites of lush vineyards, bounding farmland & the wonders of the 7 sisters hills. We were so delighted. Unfortunately, we were so busy with our adventures we could not take advantage of the swimming pool & hot tub which means we will have to travel to California again to take in what we missed. The host was more than gracious, and so helpful accommodating my girlfriend’s physical (ADA) needs. He was responsive, caring, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this intimate stay. We loved using the pool and hot tub, and being so close to the beach. This stay was a truly memorable experience.

Hello, Jason, Grant and Cole here and welcome to our home. We are outdoor enthusiasts who love to surf, beach volleyball and mountain bike the beautiful central coast.
The property is very large for just the three of us and we decided to share this one of a kind backyard and stunning private entry guest master suite for couples looking for a romantic escape with a resort like pool and spa.

This is an older part of SLO with more established families and retirees. Not many kids around so extremely quiet and peaceful. At the end of a Cul-de-Sac and the room is facing the backyard so zero road noise. All you'll hear are the birds in the morning and the breezes through the large oak trees surrounding the house.
