Stay steps from the beach in this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath lower-level condo in an oceanfront building with beautiful Pacific views. Perfect for families or couples, this retreat has everything for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The living room includes cable TV, wireless internet, and a sofa sleeper for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has essential amenities (no dishwasher) for meal prep.

The primary bedroom offers a California King bed, and the second features a Queen bed, accommodating up to six guests. Guests enjoy shared laundry in the garage and one reserved parking space.

Great location

The location was amazing. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t take advantage of the area as much as we wanted to. I’d highly recommend this place when the weather is sunny as the beach is literally right out the front door. The only thing that was hard was no dishwasher and not very stocked with dishes/pots and pans/kitchen items. If I stay there again, I would need to bring some of my own items as we cooked most of our meals.

Property was walking distance from everything, loved staying so close to the beach. All the family enjoyed our stay here and we’ve stayed at many places in Pismo and I can honestly say these were the best showers with great water pressure. Just for that I rate this place a 10. We will definitely stay here again….

Very Nice location, But will not recommend or opt for 2nd time

If you want to enjoy the beach at a very reasonable price you can go ahead and make a reservation.But let me tell what you might not like.- Although the list of amenities mentions Dishwasher, there is not one in atleast in #1. You have to wash your dishes manually. The drying rack is not clean.- Garage entry has an issue. If you have a sedan (I took my tesla 3), every time you go down and come up from the basement garage, the bottom of the car gets scratched.- Washer dryer is common for all units at the basement- The communication email or the reservation does not mention anything about the unit you reserve. You have contact host for details.- the recliner in the room was broken. My 4 year old daughter was about to fall when she sat on it- no spices/condiments provided After all the bad experiences, I will say, the location of the property, the ease to contact the property manager and the ambience of the beach will still be a huge for future reservations.Regards,Sumit
