2 bedroom 2 bath lower level condo just steps to the beach in an ocean front building with views of the Pacific Ocean. Includes extended basic cable TV/DVD & wireless Internet, kitchen with all amenities except a dishwasher. Sleeps 6. California King in one bedroom and a Queen sized bed in second bedroom plus a Sofa sleeper in the living room. Has shared laundry in garage and 1 parking space.

Property was walking distance from everything, loved staying so close to the beach. All the family enjoyed our stay here and we’ve stayed at many places in Pismo and I can honestly say these were the best showers with great water pressure. Just for that I rate this place a 10. We will definitely stay here again….

Great location.

Very nice place. Private parking. Good amenities. Literally steps to the beach. Lots of places to eat close by. Clean. We'd come back for sure!

Great location and nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Location is great. Everything you need is in the condo. Beach chairs and towels supplied.Check in and check out was simple. Comfortable and homey.

Weekend get away trip with friends

The condo is in a great location for walking by the beach and walking to restaurants. The only thing we all disliked were the bed pillows. They were too big and too hard. Otherwise, a nice place for 2 couples or a small family.

Steps away from the beach!

This is a nice and spacious property just a few steps from the beach. The house is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The check in process is quick and easy. Would recommend for a family stay.

Perfect location.

My family of three stayed a few nights and enjoyed the entire experience. The room, location and the smooth process of our checking in and out was seamless. Will definitely stay again and soon. Can’t say thank you enough.
