Beautiful 5th floor Oceanfront Puerto Vallarta Studio condo from $70 a night.
Just a few miles South of Old town next to the Park Royal Hotel.
You do not need a car. We are right on the bus line. It is about 50 cents to ride to old town town about $7 for a taxi. The condo is next to a hotel and there will be noise from their AC units when on your balcony. T

We have had our other 5 STAR rated oceanfront 5th floor condo on VRBO (239356) for many years.
The condo has been remodeled with new tile, woodworking, beautiful furniture and decor.
The super comfortable King bed has a Costco memory foam topper.
The kitchen area has an apartment size refrigerator, a second refrigerator built into the entertainment center, granite countertops throughout with a smooth top two burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. We belong to the buildings laundry club. Free for your use..
We have a new SMART 50" curved Ultra HDTV, cable TV with 45 English station, and an Amazon Alexa to play your favorite songs. We also Have a new Climate controlled AC system.. Free high speed Internet is included.

Girasol Sur. Great to be at for a quiet vacation

This thing was wonderful. It was clean, tidy quiet. The food was excellent. We were very happy a little bit noisy with neighbouring air conditioning . We knew that when we went down so that was fine. We were very happy.

Cute little studio

Loved our stay at this cute little studio. We took their advice and used the bus line for travel to and from town (except for late night when the bus doesn't run). The experience trip was amazing. I would highly recommend the zoo and walking about in the romantic zone. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Well appointed Studio with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Pool and beach are beautiful and the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals at very reasonable prices.

Excellent Getaway

I've always loved Girasol Sur, and Matt and Dede's condo was fantastic. This condo had great AC and was exceedingly comfortable after a hot day on the beach or in town. Will definitely rent again.

Our second stay at this property and it was wonderful

Amazing views and beaches. Staff is very friendly and location is a short Uber ride away from just about everything.. Depending on what unit you stay in. The Air Conditioning is loud form the hotel next door. However, we already knew that and it dis not bother us.. We already booked again for this upcoming November

Tucked away paradise

Loved this stay and location, its tucked away 2 beautiful beaches and the condo has everything we needed and a bit more (beach chairs, laundry room access, etc). Our hosts were amazing and great communicators. We were also not bothered by the noise of the next door hotel, its a very minimal hum unless you're the outside balcony.

A jewel on the beach

This is beautiful condo with a million dollar sunset views on a family friendly complex, cozy beach and a 10 peso 10 minute bus ride to downtown Puerto Vallarta or Boca de Tomatlan

Great Stay with Amazing Views

You cannot beat the location for the price of this great studio condo. The facilities are clean and the people are very helpful and friendly. If you don't like big crowds on the beach then this is your place. It is an easy 10 to 15 minute taxi or bus ride into town. Matt and Deidre were very helpful with any questions we had and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing scenery

We enjoyed our stay. The owners prepared everything for your comfort stay. Ocean and pools. area around are perfect. We found it is good to live far from the centre of town where dirty water. Water here is crystal clear. Everything was fantastic except noise of AC from the nearest hotel. Next time we will stay with Matt&Deidre but in their another room. Thank you!

December Stay

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were able to head into Old Town for a couple days and went to Mismaloya for one day as well. The other residents are so kind and we immediately felt comfortable. We got to see whales and manta rays at the beach beside us and the water was clear. The beach is lovely that is right by the condo. Communication with Matt was simple. I would recommend this property to my friends and family for sure. It was perfect for the two of us!

South Shore condo

We loved this property! It was super clean, comfortable and in a great location. The pool was wonderful and the little restaurant served very good meals. The beaches on either side of the condo are probably some of the most beautiful in the bay. The staff were awesome and incredibly helpful. It was easy to get to and from town on the bus as well as other restaurants along the way. The only downfall was the noise from air conditioners on the neighboring property. It made sitting on the balcony enjoying the view slightly less enjoyable.

Short stay in a studio apartment

Unit clean & well stocked. Beautiful oceanfront view. Unfortunately noise from adjacent building’s air conditioner condensers & fans meant it was impossible to enjoy the outside deck. Not much counter space & shortage of electrical outlets, meant only basic cooking possible. Very late check in as late checkout by previous guests.

We had a wonderful time at this adorable condo. It was comfortable and so cutely and tastefully decorated. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at the bay. The noise from next door resort's AC system was LOUD, but it quickly became just background white noise and didn't bother us. The building, pool and restaurant weren't crowded and the food was good. We appreciated that there was a small convenience store in the building- very handy. I didn't expect the condo to have so many conveniences, like pool towels and beach chairs/umbrellas. We went into PV almost every day and had some incredible meals and tours. I only regret that we didn't stay longer! Thanks, Matt & Dede!!

Beautiful view

Beautiful view from the balcony and beach. Beautifully decorated condo, very clean and well maintained. Condo had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We really liked the complex - pools, good food at the restaurant, small store, nice beaches thru the gates from the property. Communication with owners was great. They had provided some recommendations regarding shopping, outings, restaurants. Very easy to get to el centro with bus that stopped in front of the complexes. We did not like sound of next door a/c but got used to it as we were away quite a bit (note: we were aware of this when we rented)

Such a shame

We had some minor issues which the owners' responded to very quickly. The location was wonderful with the two beaches and beautiful views/sunsets. Staff very friendly and property well maintained and supervised. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, the food was good but not exceptional. However, in hindsight we should have avoided Easter as it was very busy, especially the first week. The big issue for us was the air con noise from the hotel next door. Although mentioned in the listing it was louder than we anticipated and while we do empathise with the owners we would not consider booking this condo in the future.
