Wonderful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of PV, but easy to take the bus into town when desired. Take a taxi back to the condo. The place is a bit tired and could use a little TLC, but it is very clean and the view is incredible. Taking the bus down to Mismaloya is nice as well, very easy to take a taxi back to the condo.

Karen our host was very welcoming and had great communication. The condo is functional and comfortable but needs a little decluttering, care and updating. The restaurant, bar and pool are wonderful. Checkin was quick and easy and all the staff super friendly. The view, as all have mentioned, is the highlight. Best sunset we’ve ever seen and whale sightings galore. A great stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location is in my opinion one of the best. Beautiful beaches, close to everything, hop on a bus and you’re there, north or south. Pool, restaurant and grocery store on site is a bonus. 2nd time staying at the resort and will try to come back next year. Hosts were easy to get in touch with, front desk was great. Friendly people and staff. What more could one ask for.

Relaxing in Puerto Ballarta

Older condo building with lots of charm! Loved having the bar & restaurant on site! Easy 15 minute bus ride into old town!

We enjoyed our stay at Girasol. The property is older but has that Mexican charm that we love. The views from the balcony are excellent. You can view the pool and also both beaches beside the property. Sunsets are perfect from the room and the balcony as well. I would recommend the host get rid of the old chairs off the balcony and have those replaced. A few hundred bucks would go a long way there to make the balcony experience more enjoyable. .The property sits next to Playa Gemelas which is the best beach in Puerto Vallarta in my opinion. Thank you for the stay!

Amazing beach

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful beaches with a nice relaxing stay at this place. Karen was always in communication with us and sent us very detailed info and tips for our trip. I will definitely return to this place!

Charming Condo in Gorgeous Location

The condo was adorable with a view of the pool and water. Las gemelas beach is easy to access from the property. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!!

Great location Great Studio

True to the online listing. Pool and Beach access was easy and on site restaurant was great. The unit was perfect and the balcony view was amazing. Would absolutely book again.

Cute condo on the beach. Very clean pool and grounds. Restaurant good food, good prices. Condo was ideal for a couple.

Nice vacations

We had a great time there! The views were spectacular. The condo has everything you must need. Karen took a good care of me and my family. We enjoyed our time there. I can't wait to go back next year

Super responsive host! Quiet for sleeping - no street noise. Plenty of towels for beach,pool, and shower! Reusable filter in coffee pot! There are even pool noodles and Tommy Bahama chairs to take down to enjoy beautiful playa gemelas! Breakfast at restaurant on site was good, we didn’t go for dinner- you do need a reservation and they get busy. Happy hour 6-7 everyday and the margs were bueno! We enjoyed our stay and Girasol sur is close enough to it all and far enough away to relax.

The location was fantastic, with a great little restaurant sitting right on the water. The place is quirky and certainly could use an update but the views are spectacular.

Best getaway

I come down to PV to unwind and enjoy the sun. This is the best place to do that. Picture perfect location 15 minute dollar bus ride to town Pool on the beach Secure and private It's my second stay at Karen and Jim' and won't be my last

We stayed there for 14 days, the only problem we had was the distance to Pvr central, it took 30 to 45 minutes drive time to get to downtown Pvr.

Your travel time is about double the time we encountered for over 5 years. We always bussed so I'm wondering what has changed. 20minutes was the usual. Maybe just too much early vacation season traffic! Saludos!

Perfect couples rental

Quiet, perfect location right on the bus line for a 20 minute ride to town. Families enjoying the beaches on both sides of the property and also the pool. Excellent restaurant on site is great food and not expensive. Friendly front desk staff, waiters, etc. Condo owner solved a problem for us immediately- very responsive and friendly. We hope to return soon.
