Mayaland es un oasis privado escondido de la carretera principal pero conveniente para todo. Esta casa de 3 dormitorios fue diseñada a medida para que su estancia sea perfecta en todos los sentidos. La casa principal tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con un moderno concepto de diseño abierto. La cocina del chef incluye todo lo que necesita para hacer la comida más complicada. Cene dentro o fuera y disfrute del entorno sereno.

La sala de estar abierta incluye un sofá cama construido para dormir cómodamente 2 niños o un adulto. Separado de la casa principal hay una encantadora casita que incluye una cama tamaño queen y su propio baño. La casita tiene un techo Palapa que le recordará que usted está en México y aún tiene todas las comodidades modernas de un hotel de lujo.

La casa está rodeada por una valla de privacidad que rodea la piscina y el jacuzzi junto con la cocina al aire libre. Escuche la cascada que desemboca en la piscina y duerma plácidamente lejos del ruido de la carretera. Salga de cualquier habitación al jardín y nunca querrá irse. Great stay at Mayaland. Hostess Mariana was super accommodating. We were welcomed with cold beers and a guacamole delivery kit that was excellent. The heated pool and hot tub were nice as the nights were cooler than average during our stay. Thanks again Mariana, hope to see you again.

This house was absolutely gorgeous, even better than the pictures! We had everything we needed while we stayed there, very well equipped kitchen. There was a water issue the first couple of days and Marina was very helpful with coming over and getting the city water turned back on. We would definitely recommend this house and stay here again! Thank you so much!

2/10 Terrible

Overwhelming sewer gasses on the inside (first 4 days coming from hall bath) and outside ( intermittent most days). Host claims to only be aware of the outside gasses, but the house is covered in air fresheners (3 in kitchen, 4 in hall bath, 4 in master bedroom bath, cans of Lysol out in the living room and a bunch more that I didn’t count). Drain covers for all the showers…you get the picture. Host did refund 1 night of 13, and Vrbo couldn’t even help or provide more than 2/3 of one night refund. Layout is deceiving and 3 br and bath are in a separate building which is was really hard traveling with smaller kids. Ants all over the kitchen and bathrooms, holes in furniture upon arrival, cracks in ceilings, and I could go on, but again the sewer gasses chased us out of the house several times and then when the inside. Sitting by the pool or dining outside I lost track of how many time the gasses sent us packing. This listing should be removed, please do not book here and spend an insane amount of money to have a ruined vacation.

Dear guest, the problem was resolved the next morning when you reported the situation. VRBO suggested not giving more money back because you would be asking for more and more. Nothing that we did extra for you made you happy. We work hard to offer a 10/10 experience, Our house is open but we now understand that it depends on guests really wanting to have a good time and being happy and grateful on such a beautiful island and at Casa Mayaland. 🌴🌴🌴

The house was absolutely amazing we had 2 couples staying. Everything was as listed in ad. The beds are very comfortable the showers are great the house had everything. The pool and hot tub were fabulous we used them every day. This was our 13th trip to the island and I would stay here again. Mariana was great to work with she handled everything perfectly.

Isla Mujeres vacation

What a great space for vacation. The outdoor living area is absolutely gorgeous. The house is fully stocked with anything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and off the beaten path. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

The best time!

We loved Casa Mayaland and the southern island area! We had everything we needed, well stocked and beautiful, safe property. Will definitely return! Ice cold AC and the pool were great after long days in the sun!

Loved Mayaland!

We loved our stay at Mayaland! Beautiful home, great for a family or couples as there are 3 bedrooms with full baths. All the conveniences of home, maximum 10 minute walk to Punta Sur, Kin Ha and Garrafin. Quick taxi or bus ride to north beach. Pool and patio are lovely! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great experience at Mayaland! There were three adults and two children for our 8 day stay and we used all the bedrooms. They were great.Lots of fresh water was stocked, a wonderful guacamole kit was provided upon arrival, too. Mariana was extremely responsive with anything that came up. She even went above and beyond picking us up from the ferry when our flight was extremely delayed and we were unable to pick up the golf carts the evening of our arrival.Pool and hot tub were excellent and the seating area outside is where we spent majority of our time at home. Would highly recommend.

Me and family had a bless time at this property the island was a pleasant beautiful the house was far from center and playa Norte but better was 20 min to get there in a golf cart the restaurants and food excellent muelle 7 restaurante is the best restaurant, house have everything you can inmagent very confortable so happy to be there

Beautiful Secluded Home

This was my first time visiting this beautiful home and came highly recommended by a friend who has stayed in the home on 3 separate occasions. This home is thoughtfully decorated and welcoming. The home was clean and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the main streets.

Private Tropical Oasis

The house was unexpectedly wonderful and just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The Private backyard made it seem like we were alone and we had at least two days where we did not leave the property because we just wanted some low-key time. There was fresh water always available The house was beautiful and we even had a spacious rooftop space for sunrises, sunsets, and even some morning yoga.

Beautiful and quiet

This property is stunning. The house is as it looks in the pictures beautiful and spacious. House was clean, the a/c worked great, and had no issues. It’s out of the hustle of the city but not far from anything you would need. We would definitely stay here again. Jean and Alex were awesome hosts!!

Mayaland NICE!!!

Everything about Mayaland was great! Such a nice place to relax. I know other reviews talk about "Gato" but she is cool and greeted us upon every return. I to am allergic to cats so pet her with a stick, she likes that!

Best vacation home on the island!

This property was so beautiful and well kept. It comfortably fit 7 of us and we had a blast. The directions for the place from the ferry dock was clear and understandable. Our host was super communicative. 10/10 no notes.

Peace and Love

Walking in, it looked exactly like the pictures. It is a beautiful home with a boho feel tucked in on the quiet south side of the island. We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub and pool. We never needed to call the management because everything was perfect. We often went to Kin Ha for their beach club, which was laid-back and affordable. Having The Joint so close for their food and fantastic music was also excellent.
