What a perfect property for our family. The in-laws had their own suite- the oldest son had his own suite- mom and dad had the master and the youngest had a room down the hall.Having a pool and gazebo on the roof for those pleasant evenings.The great room and the kitchen all made for a great week for all. To cap off a great time- having turtles lay eggs right in front of the house was simply fantastic .The ac was super cool in all the rooms- which was very needed after warm days at the beaches.Plenty of room for two or three golf carts in front of the gates.The only thing that might make things even better would be a washer and dryer. And a generator to keep power supplied in all instances.

We just wanted to clarify that this was an unexpected and unplanned outage caused by water damage to several posts and transformers on the island. Unfortunately, the outage affected many residents and businesses from Town through mid-island and lasted for approximately a day during your stay. Thank you again for choosing Villa Tranquila. Perfect House and Location

Villa Tranquila was perfect for our stay. I loved the location being mid island and easily accessible to restaurants and Hidalgo St...would definitely stay here again!

Great property, great location.

We stayed at the property for about 5 days. The separate rooms and locations of the rooms we're excellent for our group. The location of the property is really nice because it's close to a lot of things but quiet. Everything about this stay was great.enjoyable.

Amazing Bday Trip

A group of friends came for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. The host was there to great us and check in was easy. We loved the location since it was away from the resorts but only a 5 minute drive in a cart to all the fun.

Villa tranquila was wonderful. We had a group of 6 and it was perfect! The pool was a little cold for December but the views and space were lovely for the mornings and evenings when home. It’s a great location convenient and off the main strip so quieter but so close to everything it was perfect! The villa is on the windy side of the island so just be prepare for quit a bit of wind (also could be December winds) The beds were comfortable the space was plentiful and the views are worth everything!

The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight was delayed, and they had no problem being flexible and meeting us at the house to walk us through everything and explain how to care for the home. We appreciated the mid week cleaning and restock of paper goods.

Beautiful place

Perfect for the 4 couples with pretty much a private place for everyone away from the others. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the north end but close enough to ride golf carts. We would all definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

Loved the house, it was just perfect for our needs! It was located in a more quiet part of the island but a quick golf cart ride to anything you wanted. Parking in front of the house was easy and the endless jugs of free drinking water was a huge bonus we did not expect! Would totally stay again.

Friends Trip

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room, good location, and the stay made for an outstanding vacation. It was a quick golf cart ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Communication from the host was very helpful and she was responsive to any questions we had.

Great place to rent! We rented the entire house for two families and we had a blast. You can hear the ocean throughout the house. I ordered groceries beforehand and they were there prior to check in. Air conditioning was very cold- loved this! Pool was clean and the kids loved it. Our only complaint which is not a reflection of the host or house is that there is a speed bump right outside the house, golf carts would not realize it was there and would slam on the brakes right before. You would hear squealing from the carts- especially at night. We were able to get cabs pretty easily from the house,

Wonderful house

Great house, 4 individual rooms with their own bathrooms. Perfect for us travel buddies. We had a wonderful time. Great grocery store down the street, great laundry facilities down the street. We loved our stay. Our host, Lisa was great as well as the maintenance crew (as needed)

Ideal house

Most of the houses along this side plate very rocky. This home is unique, a true beach out your back door. Gorgeous views and the rooftop made morning sunrise coffee our favorite activity.

Wonderful spot

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Tranquila! The house was spacious and well appointed. The rooftop deck and pool was an extra special spot for sunsets and sunrises. The property management company was very responsive to a few fixes that were needed.

Perfect family vacation

We had an awesome time on the island. So much had changed in 12 years it was fun to explore. So much more to do on the south end. Food everywhere was great. Our location was just as expected and perfect for our family. Hope to come back again in the next couple of years.

Beautiful view

Beautiful stay, outside the hustle and bustle, but still close by. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Turtles lay eggs nightly right in front of the house!
