Wonderful first time visit to Maui

Relaxing and beautiful!

This condo has a very lovely view for sunsets! Great overall location in Wailea. The host was responsive to questions and needs. Property was well equipped all around.

Amazing condo very close to Wailea resorts and shops

This condo was an amazing stay! Great views of the golf course and the ocean, fully stocked kitchen (hard to find some times). The fire alarm battery beep started on our second day and the owner/management quickly fixed it before the end of the day - would have been very annoying when trying to sleep. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks again!

Clean, spacious and well-appointed condo with nice view of the golf course.Perfect for 2 couples and a single. Appreciated the TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room.

Spectacular is an understatement!!

This property was absolutely gorgeous, and our stay felt incredibly too short because of it. We utilized all of the bedrooms, and they were comfortable and cool with air conditioners. The living room was a nice place to hang out, we cooked three meals in the kitchen (eating the rest at just a few of the numerous spots nearby), and enjoyed the view every day. It is truly the spectacular part of this listing, and combined with the upscale location, we’re definitely interested in visiting again!!

Lovely stay in Wailea

We had a lovely time in Heather's property. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is a short drive from the Wailea beach and the host provides everything you can need to enjoy it (umbrella, cooler, beach chairs). If you want ocean front access to the water and the more active beach ambiance this isn't for you, but the nearby resorts offer great dinning and drink options. We had the best food in the island near wailea.

Beautiful views from condo in Wailea

This condo has an absolutely gorgeous view of the golf course and ocean. Heather was easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay. The accommodations were perfect for us.

Wailea

Beautiful view from the deck onto the 2nd hole of the Blue golf course. It was where everyone gathered for morning coffee and nightly drinks. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning so everyone happy. Lots of fun had at the pool with people we met in the complex.

Comfortable Condo with Exceptional Oceanview & Golf Course!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very spacious. The ocean view was better than expected. Two nice pools w/ Hot Tubs & BBQ’s. Short walk or easy drive the Shops of Wailea & some of the nicest beaches on Maui. Full kitchen along with Washer & Drier made our stay very even better. Our host Heather was very friendly and responsive to all our questions and other messages. We highly recommend this condo for a family visit. Or, good for three couples traveling together. Especially since there are 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Aloha…

Pros & Cons

This condo has Pros and Cons... Pros: - View of ocean - Location for walking to shops & restaurants - General cleanliness (with the exception of showers - see below for more details) - Easy parking in complex & pool across the parking lot Cons: - Both showers have mold/mildew issues (master shower is worse) - Both bathrooms need remodels (hallway bathroom is musty-smelling and dark) - Bedroom doors are louvered (with open slats) so even with doors closed you can hear everything going on in the condo (not good for light sleepers!) If the bathrooms were remodeled and furniture was updated, this would be a 5 star review!

The property was spacious enough to accommodate the needs of all guests. If you are an early riser, you can get coffee and watch the sunrise on the Lenai without interrupting anyone. The owner of the unit was great and the unit was great!

Far exceeded our expectations!

From start to finish, the process was seamless and transparent. Our host (owner) went above and beyond. Always checking in along the way and ensuring we were comfortable. The condo was amazing, from Cleanliness, to amenities to the view!!! Location was 100%. Wouldn’t change a single thing! Recommend without hesitation. It made our trip perfect!!!!!

Can't wait to come back!

We can't wait to come back and spend more time at this unit! Is just as listed, had everything we needed, in a quiet location, and had an awesome view of the golf course and the ocean from the lanai. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the lanai while watching the golfers below and the humpback whales playing in the ocean. The hostess, Heather, was easy to work with and responded immediately to request. If you love golf and an ocean view, this is the unit for you.

Fabulous view and great location

This 3 bedroom, second story unit is the best one at Grand Champions Villas we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed in 15 different ones. The stunning ocean and golf course views from the 2nd floor wrap around lanai (balcony) are fabulous. and if you're inside preparing a meal inside they are reflected to you in the full floor to wall length mirrors. The condo is fully stocked including useful items such as binoculars for whale watching, umbrellas and transportable beach chairs and even a martini shaker. Our family of six had a wonderful and relaxing reprieve from work enjoying the local beaches and the Aloha spirit. Heather was most responsive and gracious host with communications. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to you!

Exceptional customer service and stay

This was exactly the property we hoped for our family vacation to Maui. With five adults in our party, the need for a 3 bedroom rental really cut down on the options. Heather's property fit the bill perfectly. It was large, well maintained and had every amenity stocked for our stay. The beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrella were a surprising bonus! Heather was exceptionally prompt and responsive with any request. Would definitely recommend this place to other families who need the extra room.

Perfect for families, great location in Wailea!

We have stayed at Grand Champions twice and this roomy 3 bedroom was perfect once again for myself and my partner and my sons and wives. The view from the deck is my happy place with coffee or wine and the close location to the market, beaches and dining is perfect. You can also cook in and the kitchen is very well stocked. We are hoping to return in 2022!

Maui Paradise

Excellent condo and location. The sunsets from the lanai were incredible. This condo has everything you’ve ever wanted: location, very convenient to the beach, shopping and dining. The kitchen has all the necessary culinary needs, master bedroom and bathroom is oversized and the bed was extremely comfortable, other 2 rooms nice as well,, dining and living room very comfortable and this condo even has lots of beach gear including towels. I would love to stay here again!!

My husband Tommy is originally from the Boston area and owns multiple successful real estate companies. We enjoy traveling and the outdoors but most of all we love being at home with our 4 dogs and 2 horses

In 2012 while in Maui on vacation my husband and I got engaged. When we were planning our wedding we couldn't think of a better place to spend our special day with all our friends and family then the most beautiful place in the world. Joined by 32 of the most important people to us in 2015 we were married at the Fairmont Kea Lani. Since getting engaged we have spent between 6-8 weeks a year on Maui and always go out for our anniversary which falls during my favorite time of year, WHALE season. There is nothing we have not done or anything we have not seen. Still every day we are there something takes my breath away and it doesn't matter how long we have been there for I still cry like a baby when it time to leave. This island holds such a special place in our hearts for so many reasons and from the moment we landed back in 2012 we knew we want our own slice of paradise. We actively looked for a place to call our own for 4 years until we found the PERFECT one

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

From the moment we saw the views and how spacious it was we knew this home had to be ours. The pictures truly don't do the views any justice. It is the most beautiful unobstructed clear shot of the ocean that I had seen in a condo and in 4 years we looked at A LOT of them. Overlooking the fairway was just the icing on the cake. For me there's nothing more special the be able to watch whales playing in the deep blue pacific from my kitchen while I was cooking, or eating breakfast from the lanai or just relaxing in the living room. It being such a large 3 bedroom, which is not common for the area meant there was enough room for all the people I love. Past trips we would invite friends and family along and would end up having to rent another unit to accommodate everyone. Not here, with such an open floor plan we never felt "on top of each other" and never once did I feel like I was living in a "condo''. The building is positioned just right so the trade winds flow freely through the entire home. Having the dual sliding glass doors open up to the huge lanai is really perfect for that indoor/outdoor living that makes Maui so special because you can enjoy it year round.
