This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The Grand Champion Villa's are known for its great location within Wailea. Within a short distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. Phenomenal accommodation at a reasonable price. The condo is located on the second / top floor of the building and there is a set of stairs to climb to access the front door.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

My overall impression with the property was that it was very nice. There were things that could be better though. The fridge was having a hard time keeping things cold. The tv in the living room is outdated and was unable to use the Roku tv part. Additionally, the tv in the spare room would not work at all past the welcome screen.

Thank you for being our guest. Glad to hear that you found the property nice but sorry that you were having an issue with the tv's and the fridge. As we are available 24/7, we would have been happy to come over right away and have a look at those items. The fridge in the unit is just a couple of months old as it was recently replaced and am surprised to hear that you found it not cooling as it should. Likewise the tv's can be a little tricky and in checking them for the next guest that checked into the condo, they are all working as they should.

Amazing accommodations!

We loved everything about this property! The proximity to the ocean, all the beach items that were available for our use, the cleanliness & the silence at night while sleeping were just a few of the things that made this the perfect vacation spot!

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was an excellent location on a golf course within easy walking distance of my shops, coffee shops, beaches etc. It is a condo in a group of many condos but overall it was nice a quiet.

Wonderful Property

The property was just as advertised. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our trip. It was lovely to wake up with a morning cup of coffee sitting on the balcony overlooking the golf course to start our day. Highly reccomended.

Amazing Week

The condo was clean and had plenty of beach towels, chairs, and other beach accessories. It is close to several beaches and lots of good places to eat. Check-in and check-out was easy. We loved it!

Good property would rebook

Good property had just about everything we needed. Loved all the beach toys. Though not on the beach very nice location. Would have liked little bit more pots and pans selection but otherwise adequate.

Thank you for being our guest. No the property is not beach front and is exactly as advertised. We would have been happy to bring you any additional pots and pans that you would have needed if we were contacted during your stay. With the limited cabinetry in the kitchen, space is limited and we try to supply as much as possible.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfect for our group. We had enough room for everyone and the sunny outide deck was amazing and relaxing. Everything was as shown on the website and the communicaton with the team was great. This was a nice quiet spot located next to great restaurants and shops. Perfect location.

Quiet and close

Easy to work with manager. Location is close to the main items we wanted to go and explore. Unit had everything we needed to feel at home and be able to go to the beach.

Family time success

The unit was fabulous and the location is great. So easy to get everywhere. The grounds and views are all beautiful and relaxing. Many of our families stayed in the complex so it was fun being close together. Mahalo

Gorgeous views

This clean and spacious unit has all the comforts of home: came well-stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, which was much appreciated as we were traveling with two 7-year olds! The views from the Lenai are incredible: golf course, ocean, AND mountains all in one! Be sure to catch the sunset from the patio!

June stay

Location was great. Three bedrooms worked well for our adult family. Good beach toys and towels. Plenty of kitchenware. Excellent washer and dryer - took us a while to find it as in a cupboard on the patio! Would come again.

Family vacation post California wedding

This property is located by numerous great Maui beaches minutes away. The property was clean and well maintained. We had 6 adults that fit comfortably, an additional two would have worked out just fine. It is exactly as the pictures portray it. Loved it!

Clean and great location

The property was clean and easy to check into. Great view of the ocean from the lanai. We had plenty of space for 7 adults and 1 toddler. The guest shower was broken but usable during our visit and ended up breaking beyond use, but the property manager was very responsive and had someone come the next morning to look at it. Can’t beat the location - a 4 min drive to public beaches and close to many restaurants and shopping.

Perfect

Space was exactly as described. The pool was just ok, but who needs a pool in Hawaii? Condo had all the kitchen stuff we needed, and it was great to have all the beach chairs and umbrellas and mats.
