We loved our stay. We had everything we needed and this location is great. Close to everything but not so crowded. We hope to come back again.

This beach view was idyllic. The condo was super clean and had lovely beach decor. Hosts were super receptive to communication. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Beach chair set up was such a wonderful amenity. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Property

This is a great location, very clean and well appointed with everything a family needs. The view on the balcony is incredible and access to the beach very easy. Owners were great to work with and we hope to be back again!

The condo was very nice. The balcony had a great view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Chair service was an awesome amenity. I would not suggest this condo for older people as the trek up 3 flights with luggage could be a struggle.

We loved it.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 kids and it was wonderful. The bunks were big enough for my small kids (ages 8 and 9), the location was great, and the beach was not too crowded.

Beautifully furnished and well kept!

Summer Salt is a beautifully furnished and well kept condo. Our stay was both comfortable and delightful. The owners were quick to communicate and help out with anything we needed.

Very nice

The condo and private beach were a big hit for us. We appreciated the chair set and not having to fight for a good view. The condo was super clean and the balcony was perfect.

All You Need…and More

We loved our stay at Mistral 20. Shirl was wonderful to communicate with from the start. Her condo is in a perfect location, and the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were abundantly stocked with everything we needed and more. If it works out, we will definitely vacation here again.

Amazing!!

Absolutely perfect getaway spot! My husband and I came for our 10 year anniversary and the condo was amazing. The views, chair rentals coming with the condo rental, location and Shirl- all incredible. Wonderful communication! We will for sure be back.

The location doesn’t get any better. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed, and more. Lots of thoughtful touches. We will be back!

Perfect beachside getaway

Lovely condo with everything you need for a great stay. Clean, cute, comfortable. The best part for our family is that it was right on the beach so we could go in for lunch then right back out, or even spend evenings on the beach. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We had no problems while we were there.

Amazing view

We loved this property very much! We've been coming to 30A for many years and usually stay in Seacrest/Rosemary/Inlet - walking distance to the restaurants. This time, we wanted to stay away from the Spring Break crowds so we opted to be lightly further down the beach. It was really nice and we loved the beautiful view, private beach area, and easy access to everything. The owners were great and responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

30a Paradise

We've stayed in Mistral properties several times and this was by far our favorite unit. The beds and furniture were so comfortable, the views were unobstructed and to die for, and the convenience was top-notch. Shirl was an excellent communicator and gracious host!
