Luxurious 3 bedroom 1300 square foot condo with 2 Full bathrooms recently updated. Recent updates include new paint, furniture, washer and dryer, beds, art work, linens, kitchen items, and lighting. Condo is kept exceptionally clean!! Private covered balcony facing 30A is accessible from the living room and master. Amenities include deeded beach access, two private pools in the condo complex, shuttle service to the beach, and BBQ area. The complimentary tram will take you to or from the beach every 10 minutes seasonally. Or just walk the short distance. The Village is located in Seacrest Beach with Rosemary Beach as a neighbor (1.5 blocks) to the east and Alys Beach as a neighbor to the west. Shops, restaurants and entertainment are all within a one minute walk. New pool, hot tub, and splash pad directly across from the condo!! Nearest Beach: Seacrest Beach at Sunset Beach, 200 meters Nearest Golf: Camp Creek Golf Club, 1.1 miles Nearest Restaurant: La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar, Acme Ice House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Pizza by the Sea are located at The Village. Peddlers is located on the property for bike rentals. So there is no need to drive! Everything is within walking distance. Master Bedroom has a King bed and a flat screen TV, attached full bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower and a large closet. Second Bedroom has a Queen bed and TV and a closet and the Third Bedroom has 2 full size bunk beds and a TV. Both of these bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which has one sink and a tub/shower combo.

Our family of 6 adults had a fantastic stay, with all amenities we needed and more. Despite the tropical storm, there was plenty to do with shopping, restaurants etc right at the resort as well as blocks from Rosemary and Alys for morning coffee strolls. Beach tram was convenient however it’s an easy walk to the beach as well. Host was super with communication. Fabulous stay!

The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is just steps away as well as multiple places to eat and shop.

My family had an incredible stay! Great location and the tram to the beach was so easy and convenient. We appreciated the beach toys and chairs that were at the condo, too!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back! Host was responsive when I had questions, condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Beach access was convenient. Pool(s) and hot tub were nice and not overly crowded. Morning coffee on the balcony was a great way to start each day. We loved the live music and food options down at Peddlers each evening as well. A new favorite family vacation spot. Overall would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing place and location!! The condo was perfect and as my teen said SO AESTHETIC! We loved the pool, shops, live music every night!! We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Condo in top spot !!!! A true 3 bedroom with plenty of sleeping accommodations … Location held all of the necessities for a great family vacation with two great pools, several restaurants, small grocery store, boutiques, entertainment and bike rentals just downstairs. This Condo offered great walk ability all around Rosemary Beach with the beach only a couple minutes walk away. Elly is amazing and very responsive !!! Highly recommend when considering a vacation in 30A !!

We absolutely love the 30a area! It is very family orientated and there is so much to do whether it's biking, walking, swimming, paddle boarding, fishing, shopping, etc. There is always some type of festival/activity going on in the area. You will never want to leave!

Absolutely amazing location! Second floor unit on 30A with great views of the area and activity. Since it's on 30A, the location is quiet and peaceful. You will love the close proximity to Rosemary Beach for a cup of coffee or tea at Amavida in the morning, bookstores, toy shops, restaurants, shopping, hair salons, and home interior stores. There is also a market right below our unit. Pizza by the sea, Peddlers bike rentals, ice cream, a Donut shop, and La Cocina Mexican Grill are all within steps of our property.
