2011 Wailea Elua Village - The very best in accommodations that the Wailea Elua Village has to offer. Immaculate, contemporary and beautiful - a state-of-the-art 1 Bedroom + 2 Bathroom vacation condominium that can accommodate up to 4 guests with an expansive lanai offering private BBQ and views of the azure Pacific Ocean. The property sits on white sandy Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and swimming spots. Wailea Elua Village is a premier vacation property that features 152 condos on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, luxury accommodations and breath-taking ocean views in a low-rise village atmosphere. Situated in the heart of Wailea on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua is on one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to Wailea's award winning Blue Golf Course just east of the Shops at Wailea. Special rates are available at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities for Elua guests. The Wailea Village Center, The Shops at Wailea, Wailea Town Center, the Wailea Gateway Center and all of Wailea's famous beaches, hotels, spa facilities and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and coolers are provided. Additional beach gear may be rented at one of our local beach shops.

All Holiday reservations are due, paid-in-full on October 1st. Holiday season is 12/15 to 1/10
No refunds on Holiday cancellations after October 1st.

Beautiful property with incredible views and grounds! Wonderful place to stay in Maui. Condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. You are greeted with a tasty basket of treats upon your arrival.

I want to go back, right now!

This is a beautiful, recently remodeled unit with view of the water and short walk to the beach and a promenade for nice walk/run. Location is great for walking to nearby hotel restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped with different types of coffee makers, rice cooker, blenders, etc. You will find everything you need to cook a great meal. There were many other amenities, all sorts of sports equipment, beach chairs, plenty of beach towles, even suntan lotions. There was also a big Hawaiian welcome basket of coffee, pancake mix, treats, chocolates etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal

This is is a great unit furnished very nicely and with an excellent lanai. The only issue is that you can’t stream through Xfinity on the Sony Tv in the living room but you can on the Samsung Tv in the bedroom. We would have rather watched our recorded programs from the comfort of the living room instead of dining chairs placed 3’ from the TV at the foot of the bed. Otherwise our stay was fantastic! Thanks!

Maui getaway

From the lanai we watched whales everyday. Sunset cocktails every evening. The unit was very clean and had a good selection of kitchen staples We would love to come back next year

Beautiful property in paradise!

This is an excellent condo in an incredible location! The amenities are top notch: beautifully remodeled condo, incredible location, walk to the beach, pools, bbq areas, Wailea mall, etc. The grounds are incredible and the entire complex is well maincured with some of the most beautiful landscaping you'll find.

absolutely beautiful

The property is absolutely Beautifully maintained Lush Gardens, Palm trees, and proximity to the beach make it fabulous Vacation stay. This condominium was well equipped in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The large pocket door is wonderful for bringing me outside in. There’s a barbecue area just a short walking distance from this condominium, Great for cooking dinners, at home. We will definitely be back

Maui Getaway

The property is beautiful, hands down the nicest place we have ever stayed on Maui. The landscape is tropical and the views from our lanai were magical. Every night we sat outside and watched the sunset. The beach is perfect for swimming. I only went to the main pool down by the beach, but the area was well maintained with comfortable furniture and umbrellas. I also enjoyed having the grass area and the covered large patio were you could sit and read a book or just visit with friends. I can’t wait to return again next year.

Reviewer Comments: I had stayed at a condo in the Elua community about 20 years ago and loved the access to the beach walking path, the beach, pool and spectaular view. It did not disappoint agan this year! The grounds are immaculate and while we saw and met lots of others while walking, it was very quiet and calm which suited our needs for this vacation. Spacious layout in the condo and wonderful patio space for dining and relaxing. This condo would be my choice again for next year!

The lanai and views and community grounds were lush and beautiful to look at .One comment- we were in the ground level and could hear everything the upstairs tenants said, what they watched on TV and when the kids would come down the stairs. Not a big deal but something to consider with stacked condos.The property managers left us a beautiful welcome basket and the location of Wailea Elua was perfect for walking to the shops, beach and golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Elua 2011.

A Piece Of Heaven

Every morning we went straight to the chairs on the patio that face the ocean to enjoy our coffee and listen to the birds. Then we would rush back after dinner to watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. You do not appreciate the difference between staying at a hotel and a place like this until you have stayed here, the sounds, smells and perfectly manicured lawns. The inside is beautiful, bedwas very comfortable. Everything you could need for the beach or pool. Place was quiet and private, thw pool would fill with kids in mornings till lunch, then we would have the place to ourselves until @3 everyday.Stores and shops are close by, security is great and very helpful, plenty of free parking and the walking path along beach takes you to Kihei or to the big resorts.I would return to this place in a heartbeat!
