Condo not as described
We have been coming to Alabama every year since 2014 and this was our least favorite condo. There are only 2 elevators for the entire building! We knew we needed to pick up our parking passes from the front desk.....but not from 2 condo buildings over?! We had already unloaded our luggage and went to our condo (Pheonix 1) to get up there and find out we had to walk across 2 condo parking lots to Phoenix 3 to get the pass. Then we were in a long line waiting with only one person working at the desk. After all that, we get to our condo that smelled like hot mold! The popcorn ceiling had black mold spots all over it. The floors felt dirty, supplies were extremely limited and the unit itself was tiny! The best part of the condo was the bed. Thankfully, the bed was comfortable. We normally come down to Alabama for 2 weeks with family and friends. My husband and i decided to come by ourselves to celebrate our birthdays for the Weekend. We would have found somewhere else if we were staying longer. Extremely disappointed. We have stayed at Phoenix West and it was awesome. Did message someone about the mold and the smell, never got a response back. Location is great and close to everything. Highly recommend going to Coastal for meals and drinks!
