It was a wonderful stay!

The condo was clean and equipped! Check in process was smooth, Kim was very informative throughout the stay and was readily available if we needed anything. The condo has a beautiful beach view! You can't get any better for an affordable rental at the beach

4 day get away

It was wonderful. We knew the weather would be cold but the condo was great. We relaxed, read, napped and went out to eat. Could not have been better!

Super nice condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix East. The condo was nicely furnished and the owner Kim made the check in and check out a breeze. Will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family looking for a couples condo.

This is the perfect place for a vacation. It is clean and well kept. It is a easy walk to the beach and a lot of good eating places close by. Definitely will stay there again.

Perfect vacation spot

The break we needed

Quick beach trip

Our four-day stay was terrific. The condo had everything we needed and was close to restaurants. The beach is beautiful and easy to get to. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip

Location and condo was great. Check in was simple. the sink did not have hot water, but that was a minor issue. Only other comment would be for host to provide check out instructions with the check in instructions. Great stay, will visit again.

Best view

I really enjoyed the stay, loved watching all the boats traveling through the inlet. Great view! Nice facility, air conditioning worked great! Pool was nice, and also to have two options of pools to there neighboring facility
