The property was excellent. The owner was so good in responding to the message. Any message sent to the owner, he will reply back immediately, that made the stay more pleasant. The access road to the property was very rough, looks like it is under construction , hope it is done soon. The property is very clean, sufficient bedding, towels, sufficient utensils. Loved our stay as family including our pet. Looking forward to visit again.

Had a concern when we arrived and messaged Kyle and he was very prompt to respond to the concern. The house is very spacious and loved the two rooms with king bed and en-suite. The king bed is very comfortable. The bunk room worked great for our nine month old being in a pack and play. Loved the large open concept for the kitchen and living room with seating for everyone. The kitchen table is large and worked great for meals and playing games. We will stay there again when in Broken Bow.

House did not look like it was cleaned before we checked in. I went through and cleaned the best I could. Looked like the guests before us brought a dog and let it roll in dirt and then all over the couch and chairs in living room. Owner was very responsive and did send cleaners the next day.

The house was more beautiful than the pictures. It was very clean and well maintained. We had to call/text the host once during our stay and he was very responsive. We had a family of 4, but the house could easily accommodate 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). We had a lovely time - highly recommend!
