The house was everything they advertised. My family had an amazing time. And really like the house and apartment situation. It worked great for our family.

My family had a fun time at the happy clam. The location is everything. We enjoyed our nights outside around the fire ring. Close to Pismo, restaurants and ATV rentals.

The beach space at the house is great. It would be good to let guests know that a lot of cars and trucks go back and forth on the beach to drive in the sand dunes.

The deck right on the ocean was fantastic. In the guest house, they have a real Ms. Pac Man video game! Our family had a lot of fun having an ongoing arcade battle. The only part of the listing that I disagree with is that it says it “sleeps 8”. Unless you have teenagers that are okay with sleeping on a sofa or a roll out bed, this house sleeps 6 people comfortably. We loved our stay at the Happy Clam.

Had a great time with our kiddos. Right on the beach. Loved the bon fire pit outside. We roasted s’mores every night and watched movies.

Parking wasn’t that great because we couldn’t park the car in the garage. Our car couldn’t fit in the garage because of the container in the garage. So parking wasn’t good.

amazing view, comfortable and cozy, yet roomy common areas. Hosts responsive and so nice. Well equipped kitchen, but bring your own oil, spices and baggies/saran wrap/foil.

We had a truly wonderful experience with our host. During our stay, we accidentally left behind a wallet, and the host went above and beyond to help us recover it. Not only did they promptly locate it, but they also kindly arranged to have it shipped back to us.We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, responsibility, and exceptional kindness. It’s rare to encounter someone so thoughtful and trustworthy. This level of care made a lasting impression on us.Highly recommend this host to anyone — you will be in great hands!

Beautiful beachfront home, with a cute separate apartment on property. The views from the living areas of the home are stunning. The kitchen is updated and well equipped. The hosts are very responsive.

Excellent property and host!

We enjoyed three nights between Christmas and New Years with our four children and my parents (8 total). We all got comfortable and enjoyed the close proximity to the coast. Hosts were clear communicators and very accommodating. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pismo Baja Trip

We had 6 buddies staying for a weekend. Everything was tidy and spacious. None of the nearby stays compete with the beach-backyard that this house offers! I would definitely recommend this house if you enjoy late nights on the beach.
