Beach Front Paradise in Avila Beach, California. This executive home with luxurious appointments has four bedrooms and four baths and can sleep 10 people comfortably.

The beach is right outside your front door and boasts white sand along a 1 mile stretch of beach. Home to boogie boarders, surfers, beach goers, sun bathers and the like, Avila Beach boasts some of the best weather in the State of California.

Our wall of glass opens up and lets the ocean come into your living room.

We have shops, wine tasting, restaurants, 18 hole championship golf, marine center, spas that are all within walking distance of your house.

Other area activities are over 200 wineries, 7 golf courses, deep sea fishing, ATV riding over sand dunes, Hearst Castle, Morro Bay fishing Village, San Luis Obispo shops and restaurants, Cambria, Live Theatre, Movies, etc.

Seester’s tour ‘24

I took my wives 2 sisters and my sister on a trip to SLO to see my niece that just started at Cal Poly. It was my first time in the area and the house was absolutely perfect! It has such a cool setting with different levels, an elevator, great parking, amazing rooftop views and even a fire place. The location right on front street is great. Everything is in walking distance. We loved it and will be back.

50th Anniversary Weekend

We so enjoyed your home last weekend with our family. We lucked out with perfect weather and spent most Saturday and Sunday on the beach. For those unable to get down, they enjoyed watching from the balcony. The location was perfect for all of us. There were no basics missing - and loved the shuffle board game!

Wonderful property!

We have stayed here two years in a row. The location is ideal, the house is well-equipped with beach towels and toys. The roof space is amazing with fire pit, grill, fridge, corn hole and a view that cannot be beat.

Prime location

With or without children, this location is amazing. If you want to relax with cocktails on the deck or sit on the roof around the fire pit with a relaxing view of the ocean, or fly a kite off the roof, this is great spot to walk or play on the beach which is only foot steps away. Restaurants are downstairs and the Friday night food stands and farmers market give you a lot of choices.

Perfect place to enjoy Avila beach

This place is perfect to enjoy the ocean views and everything Avila has to offer. We loved the the open windows on the main flow and the views from the rooftop are amazing. The house is very cozy. I would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time in Avilla. Chris's house was so beautifully beachfront! The most amazing views from his decks. We've stayed in Avilla several times before, but this was the best place we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

AMAZING!!!

The house is amazing ... so many windows open to the ocean breezes and sunshine! The house is furnished with everything you could need from kitchen to bath to beach toys! A garage!!! Roof top firepit, bbq and dining ... we enjoyed it all! The house is very well appointed; comfortable and appropriate for the beach. The location is amazing ... across the street from the beach and surrounded by good food, evening live music, cute beach town stores and a small grocery store/deli. We will be back!

Another fabulous stay!

We have been coming to this beautiful property for the last 5 years. The location is incredible and abominations are so comfortable. Amazing views, people watching, wonderful restaurants all right there! The beach is beautiful and really cool tide pools all the way down on the south side. We had an issue with the showers not getting hot water off and on, the property manager was super helpful in troubleshooting. The communication with any issues that arise have always been very thorough and helpful. We look forward to coming back year after year.

Best Spot on the Beach

If you’re looking for a pedestrian friendly spot with breathtaking views on Avila Beach, this spot cannot be beat. We enjoyed gathering in the living room and the open air with the accordion glass doors open all day long. The home was extremely comfortable with great beds and all four rooms. if I were to critique anything, it would be the living room furniture is ready for an upgrade and the bathrooms are starting to show a little bit of age. Beyond that we cannot wait to return and stay again.

A Great Rental in Avila Beach

Our family truly enjoyed staying in such a large, beautiful beach front home. We were thrilled to be so close to the sand and water plus all the little shops and restaurants along Front Street. Though the Property Manager was a little rushed as she went through the house at the initial check-in, she was very helpful and available by phone/text during our 3 days in Avila Beach. We appreciated that there were adequate plates, utensils, and glassware for the 8 of us, and enough chairs so we all could sit at the same table for meals--something that's not always the case in rentals which accept larger groups. I'd certinaly recommend this superb beach home to anyone interested in staying in what has to be one of the The Best rentals in Avila--hard to beat the location and views!

Birthday getaway

This beautiful house was perfect for my family to celebrate our birthdays. Several of our family and friends rented houses in Avila to help us celebrate our birthday. The rooftop area provided a lovely space for us to gather and enjoy the sunset before dinner. The beds were very comfortable and the game room downstairs was a fun area for a ping pong tournament. We will definitely be back. This house had all we needed and more.

Amazing house and location!

This was simply one of the best beach houses I've ever rented. We had 2 small families in our group. The house and space are top notch. Everything in person is way better than the photos. The rooftop patio is amazing. Chris met us in person due to the holiday, and gave an excellent and thoughtful walk-through, which was really appreciated. We would certainly stay again.
