Renovated 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo in the desirable Sandpiper Condominium Complex. This unit is directly next to the entrance of the beach and only a couple steps away from the complex's heated, in-ground pool.

This first floor location offers ease of access for all ages. Includes 6 pool passes and 6 beach passes. Perfect for the entire family, located just 4 blocks from a VERY CLEAN public sports complex that includes a Baseball Field Basketball Courts, Hockey Rinks, Tennis Courts, Bocce Courts, Minature Golf and a Skate park!

Master includes upholstered king bed, spare includes a twin over full bunk bed and family room includes a queen sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new dishwasher, newer refrigerator, newer oven and Keurig. 2 assigned parking spots. Newer full size washer and dryer in unit. Three flat screen tv’s, living room is 55”. Take a quick, inexpensive Uber ride to Atlantic City and enjoy all of the great restaurants and shopping the casinos have to offer.

This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful property, just as pictured in the listing. Great to have 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Nice pool on the property with a friendly lifeguard and easy access to the beach.

A wonderful property for us and our two grandsons!! Two bedrooms and two baths made it perfect. Along with comfy beds and furniture, 1st floor living, 2 assigned parking spaces, screened balcony, lovely and plentiful dishes-glassware-cutlery including plastic children’s ware (large coffee mugs not cheap little ones), Mule mugs!, extremely tasteful decor, sparkling heated pool(with lifeguard and noodles), accessible TV channels, and steps from the beach entrance, all made for a great weekend. We never left the island. ACME down the street had necessities(washer/dryer/dishwasher needs. Along with any food items. We did restaurants for dinner each night and of course, ice cream after dinner. Jersey Cow was outstanding. The owners are quite lovely and always available. There are many thoughtful items throughout the condo including hangers, drying line, shoe tray at entrance, bedside extra sockets and USB ports, games, warm throws, and many more nice extras to make for a pleasant stay. We can’t recommend this large, clean condo enough and look forward to returning someday. We were able to park in the Visitor spaces located near our front door but they might get filled quickly during full summer season.

Wonderful stay at Brigantine Beach!

This is our second time at this condo. The beach access trail is a few steps away, and the outdoor pool is virtually just out of the door. The condo is fully stocked with dishware and utensils, with a new refrigerator. Beds are very comfortable. The owner is responsive and gets back to you right away. There were a few cleaning issues, but minor compared to the positive aspects of the condo and our stay.

Pleasantly Surprised!

We were in search of a home away from home setting while attending a sports tournament in Atlantic City. Location was PERFECT and surrounded by various restaurants/stores just down the road. Kitchen was fully stocked with every possible utensil, dish, cup, pots, etc… Super thankful for the washer/dryer to wash uniforms as needed. Matt was a wonderful host and responded to all my questions promptly. We highly recommend this place to families!

Relaxing and comfortable.

It was a nice comfortable condo.It was a bit of a walk to the beach but it wasn't too bad. There was only one issue that was disappointing and that was only allowing 4 guests access to the pool when we had 5 guests. We know that was not the owners decision and that was part of allowing short term rentals. We really enjoyed ourselves and will consider coming back next year.

Due To Covid-19 / Corona Virus restrictions, the pool has been restricted to four people per unit this year, instead of the standard Six.

First floor convenience

Beautifully updated condo with many thoughtful extras like labeled light switches and shoe mats to help contain dirt/sand. Seating for 6 at the table as well as on the porch is nice if you have a larger group. We appreciated the privacy on the porch from the shrubbery as well. As others mentioned, the walk is a bit longer for being on the beach which could be a concern for some.

The condo seemed clean at first until I looked up at the celing fan and down at the baseboards. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The windowsills were covered in dead bugs and dirt.

Tried to get free cleaning for the apartment after turning down the service. The apartment is cleaned by a cleaning service before every stay. These Renters stayed for a whole month and a week into staying tried to get free cleaning even though they were offered the cleaning service ahead of time and declined to pay for it.

Fantastic condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Our biggest decision the entire week was pool or beach! Being on the first floor was very convenient. We also had no issues finding a parking spot on the road. The condo had cute decor and a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked. We had one minor issue that the owner was able to respond quickly to, and resolve. The walk to the beach is a bit of a trek but was well worth it. Beautiful sunsets! We had a fantastic week. Thank you

Condo stay 106

We enjoyed our stay in the condo it was well maintained with all the items that we needed however we had to purchase a coffee machine because we do not use the Keurig or expresso machines. Due to the weather that was not cooperating we decided to return home on Friday. We are considering returning in September to your condo. Thanks so much will be in touch with soon.

I didn't want to leave!

The property is great, the condo is just as described, has a great kitchen, comfortable beds, fast wifi, washer/dryer and nice size TVs in each room and just comfortable all around. Communication with the owner was easy. Location is very convenient, close to a very nice clean pool and the beach trail, both steps away from the condo. Parking is always available right on the street or you can park in your assigned spots in the lot. Take a walk down the beach trail every evening, you won't regret it. Brigantine is a very nice place, the beach is clean and wide with plenty of room to spread out. The path to the beach is a 5-10 minute walk and once you hit the sand it's another 5 minutes to the ocean, it is really not that bad and it's a beautiful clean area. Be prepared to see rabbits! It's a quiet classic beach town. Atlantic city hotels are a 10 minute drive which is a nice option. I would stay here again for sure.

It was a very cute condo with a very well appointed kitchen if you’re planning on cooking. The coffee maker was a Kuerig so you’ll need to get pods for it. There was also a Nepresso machine if you like espresso. It was located right near the pathway to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Some board games were there which is nice for families. And the screened in patio was nice for mosquito control. We would definitely go back. Hosts were very communicative.

Be prepared for the walk to the beach

We have never been to Brigantine before, so I wanted to write a review to give the heads up about a few things we would’ve liked to have known before going. The main thing is the walk to the beach. The condo is right next to the beach access, however, the access is probably 300 yards long and then once you get to the beach it will be another 250 yards to get to the water. The last 250 yards is the toughest because it’s walking through the thick sand. If you are not prepared for this it can be tough carrying your beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and small children. I’ve been to wide beaches before where they have a walkway but this section of Brigantine does not. The other thing we were not prepared for was the cooler air temperature. I did not bring any long sleeves and there were times sitting on the beach if you were in the shade that it got chilly. It was also chilly having dinner outside in the evening. The lifeguards were all dressed in sweatshirts and jackets all week long. Both these things are not really game changers but I would go more prepared the next trip. The condo itself was absolutely fine. It is on the first floor and close to the street. We actually preferred parking in the street because it’s a lot closer than the assigned parking areas. Plus the parking spaces you have to put one car behind the other so that can be a pain if the person parked in needs to go somewhere. The beach passes are a plus and needed because we were asked every day on the beach to show our passes. . we enjoyed the closeness to the pool and our grandchildren loved it. The pool is only open when the lifeguard is there which is 10 AM to 6 PM. We played pickle ball at the sports complex and we golfed. Enjoyed both. The grandchildren enjoyed Shark Park playground. We took our bikes which was great because they do have a bike path beside the roads. Brigantine was very nice and we plan to return. We just prefer a shorter walk to the water.
