Located at Candlewyck Cove Resort this beautiful 3000 Sq Ft lakefront home is perfect for family getaways, parties and weddings. The home sits on a beautiful point with breathtaking views of Grand Lake. Huge deck with gas grill. The home is equipped to accommodate up to 14 people. This home has one king bed & 2 full beds in a spacious Master Bedroom and 1 queen bed in each of the other Bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. It has 3 bathrooms. All cookware, dishware, silverware and linens are provided as well as washer/dryer.

Nice home, perfect spot on the lake. If you have a boat, plenty of boat slips to park your boat on the water. Very easy to fish from the backyard. Wasps were lingering but we were able to dodge them. Kitchen could use a pizza cutter and a larger skillet; however, we made it work. Overall, no issues. Just missing a hot tub, per kids request :)

Great home, with nice view.

The property is well appointed and the staff was helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The only thing I would call out is there is no common area bathroom. We had a great time and enjoyed the weekend. Recommend for a large group.

We had a wonderful time!! we had a hard time, figuring the light situation and outside some of the lights on the lower deck weren't working. Other than that everybody that went said they had a great time and lots of good memories were made. We would probably come again!

Our stay at this Frank Lloyd Wright–inspired home was absolutely unforgettable! The house itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that bring the outdoors in at every turn. We loved starting our mornings on the expansive patios, sipping coffee while taking in the peaceful view of Grand Lake.The private dock was a highlight—huge, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax, watch the sunset, or spot wildlife. During our stay, we saw deer wandering near the shoreline and graceful egrets and geese on the water. It felt like our own private sanctuary tucked away in a quiet cove, far removed from the noise and rush of city life.This home offers the best of both worlds: thoughtful architecture and modern comfort alongside natural beauty and serenity. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines relaxation, space, and breathtaking views, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to return!

Fall Weekend

We had great fun fishing off the boat-docks and banks. The kids caught many perch, sunfish and a few crappie. The house is remarkably spacious, and the boat docks are very nice. The ability to rent a tritoon boat right at the property is a great plus, especially in the summer. For us, the weather didn't cooperate. We had unusually high 40mph winds and a cold front and drizzling rain which, of course, affected our experience. The house was not as well stocked as needed, and we had a few maintenance glitches. I communicated those to Tracy, and she will correct that. I would look forward to renting this lake house again, especially in the summer.

Sibling reunion

Spacious clean property close to lake. Grove was close for shopping and shangri la offered exceptional golf. Great weekend for family

Top Notch!

The location was perfect for my cousins bachelorette party! We had 11 family and friends staying to celebrate and we had the best time! The house was beyond perfect! Great views, clean, and nicely updated!

Great location and home for a family get away!

Property was in great condition. Large master, with very nice bathroom and two additional beds which can be nice for smaller kids and overflow. Great yard to the lake and dock.

Great Staff at Candlewyck (Grove)

The house is a well kept, very large spread out charming older home with great updates. The availability of the boat and jet ski rental right next door was great. The entire staff was great, the watercraft rental folks which worked hand in hand with the property owners were great as well. Kids could fish from the docks, and banks right around the area. Swimming in the cove area was safe since it’s a no wake cove.

Beautiful home and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is modern and updated and there is an absolutely gorgeous view of the cove! The reason I am giving four stars is that there were some beer cans left on the back patio when we arrived and we have a small child. It is also concerning because we were traveling during the Coronavirus pandemic so this lack of cleanliness was less than ideal. Also the waterfall doesn’t work and there was some trash left in it as well. The inside of the house, however, was very clean. One tip: if you’re going to rent a boat at H2O which is conveniently located on the property, you should know they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Overall, great for kids and a family getaway!

This is a 5-Star property at a 5-Star location but with 2-Star communication with property manager. Michael “Brian” was an excellent help though.

We enjoyed our stay!

Kitchen did not have any linens, the icemaker did not work, and there were not enough cooking utensils to serve our entire group. Other than that, the home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We rented a boat and that process was pretty good. The communication with the office staff very minimal. For the boat rental, we did not receive any emails confirming our reservation, so we did not really have any information about that until it was time to rent.

Good place . Communication from staff was non existent I had to contact them no info was given about to to check in or codes or keys for house . When I called I let them know I was arriving later about 7 pm and they put keys in mail box but no instructions .
