*Location, Location, Location! Our home is located in the town of Cannon Beach near all the great restaurants and shops, yet tucked away for those who want to enjoy the quiet and watch the everchanging views of the beach and estuary.

Description of our home:
*Living Room: open concept living room adjoins the dining area and kitchen. The large windows allow lots of natural light to enter and provide you with amazing views of the water. A pull out sofa in the living room will sleep 2 comfortably.
*Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with all necessities for preparing a wonderful home cooked meal while visiting the coast.
*Bedroom 1: Kin Bed - sleeps 2 Newly updated!
*Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - sleeps 2
*Living room 3: Couch is a sofa sleeper and will sleep 1-2
*Bathroom: full bath with tub/shower combination.
*Gas Fireplace

Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed two dogs with a $30/dog minimum. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. Contract will note full requirements

Cannon Beach Get Away

The property is stunning, tucked back with a 180 degree view of the river and ocean. The house was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. A lovely place to stay.

Fabulous Location!

The location is superb! Tucked away and private with a 2 minute walk to the main drag. The master bedroom bed was 10/10 comfortable! The home is outdated but had everything we needed and again the location and comfortable bed made our stay perfect.

Loved the view and the location!

It's really hard to beat this location where you can step onto the beach AND into the charming downtown of Cannon Beach. The place is dated, and being a round house makes for an interesting floor plan, BUT it was extremely clean, well kept up, stocked (towels, extra blankets and pillows, kitchen), cozy and comfortable. Malia and Arnie were very attentive hosts - we had a wonderful post-Thanksgiving weekend with our kids.

Super relaxing!

The view of the ocean and creek were outstanding! We saw sunsets every night! Great fireplace and nice and cozy for reading and relaxing! Close to downtown

Amazing everything!

Perfect location!!

The location was close to great shops, restaurants and coffee! We loved the views from the deck and the cozy fireplace! The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay on Cannon Beach

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The place was perfectly situated for long walks on the beach, great access to town and hikes in the neighboring state parks. We loved the property, the location and how roomy and inviting the surroundings are. We will return!

Amazing experience

A beautiful clean waterfront property you can wake up with your cup of coffee, watch elk playing on the beach see sunsets and enjoy the beautiful community of Cannon Beach. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful property on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The location is ideal, close to the beach and close to town. The amenities are first rate with literally everything one could ask for at your fingertips. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was completely reliable. The owners replaced the washing during our stay which was thoughtful of them. I recommend this castle without reservation.

Peaceful Beach Getaway

Our family had so much fun staying in your home. We were able to catch up and spend much needed quality time together. Cannon Beach is such a beautiful & peaceful place. We valued every second of our time here. We all look forward to another visit hopefully next year. This rental is highly recommended due to the close location to the beach & shops, cleanliness, and the availability of the household supplies for our use. Great Spot - refreshing

Beautiful place and location for quiet family time - the house was very clean, the host was quick to respond to texts and needs. I would prob say my only Nitpicky issues was for the price some small remodeling or upgrades. The kitchen cabinets seemed older than the rest of the house and the shower turn on and off wasn't easy to maneuver to and to find the right temp was a little learning to do. Other than that we loved the place!

Cannon Beach Castle

We enjoyed our Spring Break trip to Cannon Beach at this clean home that is located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The view from the house was amazing and it was an easy walk to the beach. We were looking forward to a crab dinner so the host made sure that we had a large pot, crab crackers and seafood forks. This property is dog friendly and they provided water bowls and towels for our dog. We look forward to returning soon!

We'll Be Back!

Our stay at SandCastle simply could not be improved upon. It was exactly as advertised on VRBO. We loved the location and all the amenities. The owners were super friendly; they were also excellent communicators and made sure we had everything we needed. If and when we come back to Cannon Beach, we hope to stay here again!

Lovely stay, what the description does show

Perfectly lovely stay. Beautiful home and location. Here are a few things not apparent by the online listing. STAIRS. Only access by outdoor, open, precarious stairs. It was my dog's first time on and I have limited strength. NOT SINGLE HOME. The listing is a unit/condo - at least three other units in same location. OWNERS COMM. The owners make contact immediately and often. Also requires additional contract.

Great beach getaway

Steps away from ocean front and also a perfect walk into town. Scale the beach on your way to Haystack and double back to hit town for a variety of snacks and food. Cozy nook and perfect views for sun set. Saw multiple Elk early mornings but keep your distance for they are big fella’s not scared to tango. Our German Shepherd didn’t phase them.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in cannon beach. The house was perfect. Great location, very clean and the hosts provided lots of information and suggestions for things to do in the area. I highly recommend this rental.

March Getaway

My mom and I traveled to Cannon Beach for the first time in March. While the PNW weather was wild (wind and hail and sun), our stay here was lovely. Clean. Quirky (it’s a cute, beachy yurt-like shaped place). And Convenient. The rental is the upper level facing the water. We didn’t get to take advantage of the porch but loved being able to walk in and around town. And on the beach! The hosts were extremely communicative and I recommend a stay at the Sandcastle if you’re looking to visit CB.

Hello & Aloha from Arnie & Malia Jacobsen. Arnie was born and raised in little Nehalem, Oregon just 20 minutes south of Cannon Beach. Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay. Our clients tell us we are friendly, have quality cleans, and are responsive.

Just steps to the ocean and Ecola Creek via a private walkway through the back yard. Our home is located in walking distance to all the great boutiques, restaurants, art galleries, and breweries in Cannon Beach, Oregon. The famous Haystack Rock is just a lovely stroll on the beach away.
