However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

ONCE UPON A TIDE at Seaside Beach is the place to be if you want to enjoy the ocean waves and beautiful sunsets. A fantastic view of the ocean welcomes you as you enter the living area of this vacation getaway. The two-level home is 1700 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable and memorable. On the main floor you will find a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own bath. The third bedroom and bath are downstairs adjacent to a den. Here children can enjoy watching the television and videos while the parents are upstairs. The front deck provides front row seats for watching kite flying on the beach. There is also a garage available to store your bikes and surfboards.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.
By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
