Breathtaking, prime location on-mountain Empire Pass (Upper Deer Valley) with "walk out the door" ski-in/ski-out access (WINTER) and mountain bike lift and hiking trail access (SUMMER). Located right on the Silver Strike Life which is a green run. Expansive views from living spaces, including family/dining room, kitchen, secondary master bedroom and primary master. Watch skiers pass by, observe wildlife ,and enjoy gorgeous, serene mountain scenery year-round.

Best location in Deer Valley because you’re away from the crowded Snow Park and Silver Lake lodges and located higher up on the mountain with front-door access to the lift and “Silver Buck” green run so it’s easy for beginners to ski back to the condo and enjoy lunch or let the weary kids take a break. If you’re not already familiar with this building and its location on the mountain, do some additional research on Arrowleaf. So many visitors come back here year after year because this is a highly sought after location and one of the best in all of Deer Valley and Park City for ski-out access with views and close proximity to Main St, Montage, etc.

FREE Empire Pass "Uber-like" on-demand transport service comes with the rental so you don't even need a car (unless you really want one!) Ask the owner for more info on free local transport - you still need a ride to/fr the airport (Uber works great or local charter services) but once you’ve arrived, transportation around town is free! If you do have a car, that is still OK. There is heated underground parking.

Remodeled, modernized unit with fine furnishing throughout: Sub-Zero fridge & wine fridge, Wolf gas range, smart washer/dryer, smart TVs, RH design/furnishing, Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top mattresses, top of line cookware and kitchen items, upscale linens. This is a CORNER unit - private & quiet! Take elevator to indoor secured parking, walk outside and choose to relax slope-side in one of 3 different outdoor jacuzzis. Game room in lobby has pool table and shuffleboard, community TV and lounge sitting for business calls or pizza night/teen hangout.

We rented from units located in this building for many years before buying ours and we were always frustrated by how old-fashioned and outdated the furnishings were, especially when we were paying big $ during peak season! This is no longer the case in our unit - it’s all new and beautiful and we maintain it each season making updates and replacements so it always meets our guest's discerning standards.

Rent direct from the owner -- no middleman property management company charging expensive "host/concierge/admin" fees. The fees you see on ours are mandatory VRBO service fees and taxes - nothing extra besides cleaning which is a pass through cost to our guests.

Meet Deer Valley private lesson instructors and/or buy tickets onsite at Silver Strike lift during the winter season - just a couple hundred feet away from your indoor ski locker on the base level of the building.

During SUMMER, you’re a 5-minute bike ride from Ruby Express for mountain biking. TONS of trailheads right out the back door for hiking/biking. Also, you’re a 15-minute walk from The Montage resort which offers world-class dining options, live music lounge, and a bowling alley. Park City’s Main Street for dining and ski lift access to Park City/Canyons is just 3 miles away.

This spacious condo is perfectly located on the 4th floor on the “sunny,” and “view” side of the building. The open floor-plan features modern, new furnishings that create a bright, yet cozy retreat. Elevator service from garage and locker room.

5-star appointments: Sub-zero fridge + separate wine fridge, gourmet chef's gas stove, farm sink, and separate powder room. This unit is ideal because of its higher location in the Arrowleaf lodge, but also because the floor-plan offers more privacy than similar units and will accommodate families well.

Unlike other units, the master bedroom is privately offset from the other 2 bedrooms and the living room and chef’s kitchen create a large open space, perfect for enjoying time with family and entertaining. Kids will love the “bunk bed” room (sleeps 6 kids/teen in twin beds), and there is a secondary master bedroom in addition to the main master bedroom.

3 Bedrooms, each with their own ensuite full bathroom, plus a powder room for guests. Guests have access to the entertainment room on the 1st floor with lounge area (with free coffee/espresso/hot cocoa/tea), pool table, library, and oversized cozy fireplace. Outside, enjoy the scenery and watch skiers and bikers from 2 year-round spas and chairs surrounding the firepit. You can use the boot warmers and lock up your ski equipment in the locker room after a perfect day on the slopes.

Why our unit is worth the extra $:
1) Views! You are not wedged in with other units - ours is at the end of the hall on the edge of the mountain with endless views.
2) Bedding and towels: our guests use the same nice linens we enjoy. No bedding from Grandma's or "old" stuff for renters. Everything is commercially laundered between guest stays.
3) Early/late check-in/out - no extra charge, just ask. If the unit is available, we're happy to accommodate your request.
4) The kitchen is stocked with all the extras - extra virgin olive oil, vinegars, spices, and all the extras you need to cook with ease.
5) Entertainment extras including a huge variety of board games, all smart TVs, Sonos sound system, and sleds for use in the snow!
6) Owner operated so no large, distant property management firm that is too busy to take care of you.
7) This is not a business for us. We love using our place and visit often. We rent it to share with others, and not pay our mortgage. It's very important for us to rent to the right guests who will care for our place as we do. This isn't a worn-down rental unit with old furnishings and worn linens. It's furnished wall-to-wall in a way that makes us proud to share with friends, family, and our discerning VRBO guests.

Orange County, CA family of 4 who fell in love with Deer Valley/Park City after a decade of visiting annually, and we finally bought a place that is our vacation home but we share it as a rental while we're not in town.

We picked this property after renting at many places around Park City and Deer Valley. Loved Arrowleaf because of the location higher on the mountain, away from the craziness, but only minutes away. The views from our unit are unlike most others in the building. We completely renovated this unit after purchasing because we wanted a fresher, more modern look. Almost everything in the interior was replaced/updated in the past couple years.
