This cozy yet spacious Ridgepoint townhome offers direct ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort via the Last Chance/Success trails and ski-in access off Silver Link, with just a short walk up Sterling Street. Enjoy the charm and convenience of Silver Lake Village without the crowds or congestion.
Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and a private hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. Fire up the grill for a casual dinner or stroll to one of the nearby restaurants in Silver Lake Village. For even more dining, shopping, and nightlife, Park City’s Historic Main Street is just a short drive or free bus ride away.

One of my favorite rituals is the drive from Park City up Marsac Avenue to the mid-mountain level. With every turn, I feel a little of the city’s chaos slip away, replaced by the calm and clarity that the mountains offer.

Yet back at the house, deer wander peacefully through my backyard as mountain winds whisper through the trees.
What makes this location truly special is the year-round outdoor access it provides. In winter, I can ski directly from the property, while summer opens up gorgeous hiking trails leading to the summit of Bald Mountain. Having a pool adds another wonderful dimension for summer enjoyment, creating the perfect retreat for my children and us.
