Perfect for our family vacation. Easy access that’s is in our favorite place for a winter getaway. This location will only get more impressive as Deer Valley expands. We will be back!

The host was welcoming and provided good communications regarding the townhouse and amenities. Ski in and ski out was a real plus. We like to cook most of our dinners and appreciated the many spicies provided. A great place to stay.

Lake View Lane Vacay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at N. Lake View Lane. We stayed at this beautiful townhome for a week ski vacation. The ski out and ski in accessibility of the property was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Really enjoyed our time. The location is excellent and house is really nice. The house is on several floors so the first few days with the altitude it is something to be aware off.

Great ski-in/ski-out home at Deer Valley!

We had a lovely stay at this spacious, comfortable, 3-bedroom family house right near the gondola at Deer Valley. House was clean, check-in was a snap (thanks to the excellent pre-arrival communications), views are spectacular, and location is super-convenient both on the mountain and to get into the downtown area. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Beautiful home

We had a terrific stay in February. The home is very clean and had everything we needed for the week. It is very easy to access the slopes from the home - simply ski down to the gondola.

Love ski and ski out townhome

The property is beautiful. The ski in/out feature makes it very convenient for remote workers. We appreciated how well stocked the home was so that we could do laundry, etc.

Everything you could want for a family ski vacation!

Amazing location near the Jordanelle Gondola. The private trail back to the town home has truly spectacular views although it could be challenging for a beginner. We were very comfortable in this lovely property with its well-stocked kitchen, private hot tub, convenient hallway area for all our ski equipment, and even a boot warmer! We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our time at Deer Valley! The townhome was very well equipped (kitchen, towels, etc) and the home was very comfortable! We skied every day and the location is very convenient to get in and out of. One thing to be aware of is the run down is a blue so if you have new skiers you have to take it slow! We would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Property!

This property is gorgeous and well-appointed on the inside, convenient for skiing (ski-in/ski-out) and the views are magnificent. Jane and Brian are fantastic hosts. They sent detailed and helpful information well in advance of our stay that assisted us in planning our trip. You do need a car for driving in to Deer Valley or Park City, but it is a quick trip. I highly recommend this rental!

Exquisite Awesomeness

The property was not done justice by the photos online. Beautifully decorated and looking brand new it was a cozy, comfortable delight. The fireplace is tricky to, but that was our only hiccup.

We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay! Fall is such a beautiful time to enjoy our mountainside retreat. We have ordered an easy to use remote to replace the current fireplace control (thank you for that feedback). As new owners, we have also added new art, furniture, HDTV, and high-speed wi-fi to make our home even more comfortable.

Ski-In Ski-Out, Though Remote

Nice, comfortable townhouse with plenty of space to spread out. The ski-in ski-out setup is great—you walk right out the bottom floor, click in, and ski down to the gondola. From there, it takes a couple of lifts to reach the best parts of the mountain. That said, with the recent expansion of the ski area, this townhouse will likely feel more centrally located going forward.I did feel the house could use a deeper clean, especially in the kitchen and under the beds, but overall it worked well for our ski trip. A great option if you're looking to be right on the slopes and away from the crowds.

Great experience

This year was exceptional at DV(so much snow in March!) and our fourth annual visit to DV with family and friends. I am grateful we've found this property. Brian and Jane made it very seamless from the day we reserved and easy check-in. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and organized. The internet wifi was amazing and having TV in every room is a plus! We also used the hot tub, which was the highlight for our kids. The ski-out to the Jordanelle Gondola is short and quick, and skiing back to the property is a lot of fun. You do need a car on site for easy access to town. Overall, we had a great week at this property!

Disappointing

Needs a DEEP Clean. Very dusty. Rugs need to be shampooed or replaced. Bathroom sink clogged Hot Tub was dirty & unsafe to use upon our arrival. Was subsequently cleaned, but temp did not reach appropriate level until 3 days after our arrival; then no chlorine added, so was foul smell 2 days later. …therefore, could only used tub 3/7 days stay. No map or instruction regarding the ski-in route,

Thanks, Mark - based on your feedback we replaced the hot tub master pump immediately after your stay. We spent June in Deer Valley and replaced all carpeting, installed new 4K TV's and Xfinity cable plus fiber high speed internet, ceiling paint, nest thermostats, overall deep clean, and new bedding and towels. We have also reworked our cleaning approach to improve quality. We love sharing our beautiful Utah home and take pride in making improvements.

What an amazing trip!

We had such a terrific family trip. The house was great, we loved skiing out of the back door and being ON the mountain, and the owners were terrific in advance of and throughout our stay. The house was exactly as promised, and we can’t wait to go back! A real gem!

Deer Valley New Year's

Exactly as advertised, it's hard to beat ski in and ski out at Deer Valley! Location is a bit unusual on the mountain and a bit remote from base lodges, but this was known to us and gave us access to a warm gondola and some private runs. We wanted to avoid town and crowds and this was a perfect getaway.

Good but not great...

This is a well-appointed home with a great ski-in ski-out, providing the gondola is running and the access trail has snow, we were fortunate that was the case as it opened our first day on the mountain. What mostly disappointed us was the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. EVERY single kitchen-related item we used had to be washed (many scrubbed) before using them, not what I want to be doing on vacation. We had a few minor issues that be brought to the owner's attention including awareness on this issue, the others were quickly addressed, this was not even acknowledged. It was very unfortunate but put a cloud on our trip every time we entered the kitchen.
