Best pool on the beach! BRAND NEW huge, heated pool plus jacuzzi. Tons of seating and brand new shaded grill area.

Quiet and peaceful, with easy access to all the beach can offer. This townhouse is the ideal place to stay. Put your feet up and lounge in the patio chairs as you watch the boats go by from your private deck. Walk down the steps right to the outdoor shower, pool or tennis/pickleball. Roomy table inside that can seat up to 8, plus 6 seat deck table Polywood furniture for outdoor dining.

Beachy and classy, the space has everything needed for an easy, fun vacation. Just steps to the famous Fort Pickens Park, at the beautiful and protected end of Pensacola Beach, yet with quick, easy access to any shops, restaurants and nightlife. Walk, bike, drive or during season - take the free trolley anywhere you want to go on the beach!

Two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own full bathrooms. One has a queen-sized bed, a full length and a vanity mirror, a dresser, two nightstands, a comfy chair and built-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a shower and tub with sliding doors. The other bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be joined to make a king. There is also a full length mirror, a tall chest of drawers, two nightstands and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Downstairs is a well-stocked kitchen - all new stainless steel, high-end appliances - a double oven, large counter-depth refrigerator and super quiet dishwasher. Granite counter tops, with an eat-on bar and stools, garbage disposal, a wide assortment of gadgets (toaster oven, Keurig + drip coffee maker, Cuisinart, blender, juicer, etc.), dimmer lighting and much more. Large dining table seats up to 8. Living room has a super comfortable couch that pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa, multiple chairs and a large flatscreen TV. There is a half bath on the main floor for convenience and a full-sized front load washer and dryer.

The townhouse comes with various games and recreational equipment (including umbrellas, beach chairs, mask and snorkel) for use in the pool or at the beach. Enjoy!

Excellent location. Easy walk across the street to the beach and beautiful bay view off the back deck. Everything was as descibed. Loved the extra touch of labeling everything like light switches and kitchen cabinets.

Pool and hot tub area was renovated and used everyday. Quick access to both the ocean and the bay was easily appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked. We had no issues, but a spiral staircase may be tough for some people. We brought our own beach items, but having chairs, floats, and other sand toys is a plus. Would stay here again.

Lovely stay

Had a wonderful week at this property! The location is fantastic, with a quick walk either to the beach or bay. The kids loved the pool! We loved the quiet and lower traffic level, what with its location close to Ft Pickens. The property was very clean and communication was easy with the owner. Would love to stay again!

Great location!! Right on the bay and just a quick walk across to the gulf. Owner was quick to respond to any messages we sent. This is our second time staying here because we loved it and had to come back. We had a great week!!

Perfect location and townhouse

Access to the gulf and the sound make this the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Pensacola beach. It was great to have access to the pool and tennis courts as well. The townhouse has comfortable furnishings and a great kitchen. Everything was so nice and we had a wonderful time!

Summer vacation

Great location. Easy check-in. House was well stocked. Wonderful pool. Floor plan worked well for our group of 3 adults and 2 young kids. Only con is couch was uncomfortable for sleeping and sitting. Will definitely return to the area.

Pensacola 2024

We were very happy with this place and location. This was the first time I stayed on the bay side, but it was the best of both worlds. You could walk right off your balcony to the pool and just past that was the bay, that even had a small beach area. Or you could walk right out your front door, across a small street, and be on the beach. The condo was clean and Sascha was wonderful to work with and very attentive to any of our needs. We would definitely stay again!

There were a lot of great things about this condo (location, beach access, extra items available, condo setup, great pool, water pressure) but overall it was uncomfortable and dirty. When we walked in there was a musty/mildew smell that did dissipate slightly when we turned the air on, but noticed that when we showered the towels smelled like mildew. We went to wash the towels and the washing machine was lined with mildew and smelled terrible. We contacted the host to let them know the washer was dirty, and they offered to amazon some cleaning tablets so we could run a clean cycle, but insisted that the condo and linens were clean and the washer is cleaned regularly, which was clearly not the case. We had already gotten cleaning tabs ourselves and let the host know, and they refunded us 50. The kitchen items (spatulas etc) were in the drawers dirty and most areas around door knobs and light switches need to be wiped down. The mattresses and couches were old and uncomfortable and the bed linens were pilled and no longer had elastic at the corners. We really enjoy Pensacola, and if this unit was deep cleaned and updated, it would be worth staying at.

We're very sorry Steven was unhappy with the condition of the condo, but it was cleaned thoroughly just prior to their arrival, as it always is. I explained to him that given the beach climate, the washing machine has some permanent stains and we clean it regularly, but as noted, we did offer to provide him with cleaning tablets and offered a discount due to his displeasure. The couches are two years old, so I'm not sure why he thought they were old. As you can see by the overwhelming majority of our reviews, our place is one of the best places to stay on Pensacola Beach. It's not the Ritz, but it's comfortable, clean, and you can't beat the location.

Beach stay

We love the location. Nice and family oriented. The owner responded to all questions quickly. The walls are nicely painted, The condo is somewhat dated, as far as furniture and decor goes. I also feel that the master bedroom would be much more comfortable with a queen bed and the twin beds moved into the smaller room. Additionally, I would eliminate many of the items from the kitchen, especially to make allowance for the guests groceries. Very nice hosts and I wish them success in their business venture.

Amazing time at the beach

This property is great! We enjoyed our stay, so much and are already thinking about another trip in the future. The condo is in a great location. We walked across to the beach every day, took a walk along the bay, plus enjoyed time in the pool. The deck has beautiful views of the bay and pool. The shower was nice to wash off before going inside for the day. The owners provide lots of beach toys and extras for families. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook an easy breakfast or a big meal for family. We loved having multiple bathrooms and the half bathroom downstairs. Our granddaughter had lots of fun playing the games provided. Sascha was helpful and available to get back with us with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place and location

We really enjoyed our stay in San de Luna #10! The townhouse was clean and we couldn't ask for a better location! The unit could use a little updating and comfier furniture, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed being away from the bustle of PB's hub and took advantage of the close trolley stop. The gulf is a short walk across the street and the sound close by out the back. The pool was adequate and we enjoyed playing tennis and pickleball. We appreciated the items for use provided by our host, especially the pickleball paddles and balls. Overall, a lovely stay in a lovely area. Thank you, Sascha, for sharing your place with us!

The views were beautiful from this location. You could see both the Gulf and the bay. There were a few issues that the owners need to address including the hot water heater, dishwasher, and moisture/humidity in the unit.
