Very nice townhouse. Location was perfect for 2 young children. Access to the Gulf and Bay are very easy.

Beautiful place to stay- it would have been helpful to have an access to more than one towel per guest, a broom to sweep the property, and adequate supplies. We did find a dirty sock left in our room from a previous guest and the bath rugs needed washed. However the washing machine was super handy, great beach access, and the kitchen was helpful since we cooked majority of our meals there. We also loved the beach access and the closeness of the free trolley.

We have stayed here many years and just love it. The location is out of the strip hustle and bustle, but a short car ride or catch the trolley for free and avoid dealing with the traffic. The condo is always clean and comfortable. We have already booked for next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was PERFECT! You had the bay off the balconies and the ocean just across the street. It is in a quiet area of Fort Pickens road. Balconies provide beautiful views of the bay and pool. Location is perfect for viewing the sunsets! The condo is comfortable and decorated beautifully. The home is 3 levels and stairs must be navigated. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. All of Pensacola Beach restaurants, shopping, activities, etc. are a short drive. Peg Leg Pete’s is within walking distance. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Excellent overall experience - Clean, beautiful, ideal location, great communication We really enjoyed our stay!I would have given it 5 stars if the late checkout option had worked better. It didn’t end up being worthwhile because we were only extended until 11 and did not find that out until after 9 so we ended up being out of there at 10:20. Due to locations, work schedules, and infant needs, we could not have stayed another night, but we could have enjoyed another day at the beach if we had been extended until 2. I feel like this option should not be offered unless more advanced confirmation can be given (even the night before).
