Welcome to our beautiful, completely renovated condo! With one of the TOP rated locations, you will be within walking distance to: The base of Park City Mountain ski lifts, stores, grocery, banks, Starbucks, Jans and Coles Sports (to rent or purchase skis, snowboards, etc), golf course and more. Just a few yards out the front door is the free bus service/stop. This can take you downtown (Main street), Dear Valley, Canyons Village and throughout the Park City area at no cost! Less than 1 mile and walking distance to Main Street. Fully equipped kitchen, WASHER/DRYER, heated pool, hot tub. Comfortable and cozy separate master bedroom. We absolutely love this condo- and we are confident you will too!

Great Extended Stay!

Adam was such a great host, who was available to help with everything from an unscheduled early check-in, to helping with all of my questions. The property was easy to get to, clean and modern. We will absolutely book again!

Perfect Park City Getaway

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Description is very accurate - one bedroom with a pull out couch. The bathroom is very clean / updated and large for the size of the apartment. There's not a ton of storage so we didn't unpack our suitcases, but that wasn't a big deal. Very nice to have in-unit laundry. Would have been nice to have space for a kitchen table but there are stools at the small island. I would definitely stay here again.

(Almost) ski in/ski out!

We came to ski and were very pleased with the location and access. It is a short walk from the unit through the parking lot and the base parting lot to the closest lift. I slept in the master and a friend on the sofa bed. She said it was very comfortable. There is no ski storage but we left ours in the foyer against the wall and that worked for us. Adam was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was well located (we walked to Park City Mountain to ski each day) and the interior was redone beautifully. We were so comfortable and happy and are thinking already about booking it again for next year.

Anniversary holiday!

We had a lovely time. The place was so close to ski lift, bus station and grocery stores! The condo was so lovely with all the amenities and a lovely fireplace. Just a fantastic place! Super responsive host, highly recommended.

Amazing!

My family of 4 were very comfortable staying here. Short walks to ski lift and downtown. Perfect location and the condo had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was a big plus. We had a wonderful trip!

Great, stylish condo close to everything!

We loved our stay here! Very clean, stylish place, with a upscale hotel room feel. Walking distance (25 min) to mainstreet and conveniently located close to bus stops (litterally across the street). Easy to get to the slopes.Host responded to all our questions with lightning speed, and we felt well taken care of. Pool and hottub steps away from the front door. Would definitly stay again.

Ski Vacation

We had a great stay here! The check-in was seamless and when we arrived everything was nice and clean. The location is great for skiing - Just a 5-10 minute walk from Eagle and First Time lifts. You can also walk to the grocery store which was nice since we didn’t have a car. Adam also answered any questions we had very promptly. Oh, and the heated pool/hot tub were great after a long day of skiing. Definitely recommend staying here for skiing!

Family Spring Break Ski Trip

The condo is steps away for the First Time and Eagle Chair Lifts which was perfect for my family and really close to the Pay Day lift. The condo was spotless when we checked in and the kitchen was well stocked for the type of cooking we do while at a vacation rental. The owner was super responsive which was greatly appreciated!

Very Nice condo and great location!

We enjoyed our ski getaway and we were very happy with this condo! Exactly as described and very close to downtown and ski resorts. Pleased with condo amenities including fireplace! Couldn’t be more pleased with proximity of ski resort, restaurants and grocery store! Don’t need a car as the free bus and trolley service make getting around that much easier! We will definitely be back!

Primarily from the east coast, Maryland, Virginia and Florida, my profession required a move to Las Vegas in 2005. After my first trip to Park City for Christmas 2005, I was convinced their was something magical and charming about the little town. I spent three winter seasons there (2006, 2007, 2008) before staying for a complete summer. Thats when I understood the classic Park City saying "People come for the winter…, but they stay for the summer!" It is an amazing place. Our family is well traveled, fun and are foodies!

Our family has been visiting, skiing/boarding Park City since 2005. We adore the town, its residents and guests! We consider Park City our home away from home. We purchased our first property at the Canyons Village (VRBO Listing #811008). Recently, decided to purchase this beautifully renovated, stunning condo so that we could walk to town, main street, and be closer to all the action! We host our own properties and take pride in the 5 star service we provide.

First floor, corner condo, with a walk out patio. A washer/dryer was added during the complete renovation and are NOT common in any other unit in this building. Wifi, smart, cable tv, heat, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen are included. The condo has beautiful mountain views in the winter and golf course views in the summer! What makes this property a great choice, is its unbeatable LOCATION!
