Welcome to our newly renovated, 1st floor condo! Located across the street from the Park City Mountain Resort- guest enjoy amazing access, walking to ski lifts, local stores, grocery, banks, Starbucks, Coles Sports (for ski and snowboard rentals or purchases) golf course, and much more. Free parking included. The bus stop is just steps away—taking you to Main Street, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and throughout Park City at no cost! Enjoy avoiding the expense and hassle of traffic, parking reservations, and parking fees. Main Street is less than a mile away and easily walkable.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, heated pool, and hot tub. The cozy master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat after a day of adventures. We absolutely love this condo, and we're sure you will too!

Very clean home, had everything we needed for a great stay! Close proximity to downtown and the ski resorts, very walkable. Adam was a great host and was very quick to respond when we had any questions. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Park City.

Host communication was great. The apartment was clean, well stocked. Really appreciated having a coffee machine and coffee grinds! Location is fantastic as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Amenities were in excellent condition. Advertised perfectly. Not too sure I would "walk" to Main Street BUT bus stop is right across the street which takes you right there!

Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was well located (we walked to Park City Mountain to ski each day) and the interior was redone beautifully. We were so comfortable and happy and are thinking already about booking it again for next year.

Great communication from Adam ahead of arrival and during the stay when I had a question. The condo was very clean and welcoming. Convenient walk/bus ride to the Mountain village lifts at Park City. No huge checkout to do list either. Highly recommended.

Nice place, perfect for 2 of us. Location perfect.The only complaint was the rug in the living room. At least five times I stepped on something sharp - it was finger nail clippings (disgusting) or what looked like pieces of a broken comb. Someone needs to shake the rug out or vacuum it. But everything else was great.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was conveniently located, immaculate, well equipped and a hassle-free experience all around. The pull out sofa sleeper was even very comfortable! Great hosts and easy to reach.

Great Extended Stay!

Adam was such a great host, who was available to help with everything from an unscheduled early check-in, to helping with all of my questions. The property was easy to get to, clean and modern. We will absolutely book again!

Amazing!

My family of 4 were very comfortable staying here. Short walks to ski lift and downtown. Perfect location and the condo had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was a big plus. We had a wonderful trip!

Anniversary holiday!

We had a lovely time. The place was so close to ski lift, bus station and grocery stores! The condo was so lovely with all the amenities and a lovely fireplace. Just a fantastic place! Super responsive host, highly recommended.
