Newly updated in January 2013 with custom kitchen cabinets, granite counters, hardwood floor in kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, queen-size leather sofa-sleeper, 40' flat-screen TV in living room and 32' flat-screen TV in bedroom, WiFi, wood-burning fireplace. Read the reviews. This is one of the best values in Park City.

Free bus will get you almost anywhere you need to go. Grocery store (Fresh Market) is one block away.

Great little condo, close to lifts

This was a cute little condo that was perfect for just me on a ski trip. It was a nice short walk to the restaurants and shopping of Main Street and close to coffee and a grocery store. The bed was comfy, the neighbors were quiet and it had all the basics I needed for a great trip. The only thing “negative”I’ll say I was a little disappointed in was that the pool/hot tub weren’t open until 4. I think one day it opened a little earlier. This wasn’t a deal breaker but if I had non-skiers with me that’s a bummer they can’t hot tub until after lifts close.Still a great condo and perfect value for an affordable ski trip that’s a parking lot away from the lift

Amazing location!

If you’re going to Park City to ski, this condo cannot be beat. Its location is directly across the street from the slopes. We walked over everyday. Easy walk. A quick Uber to downtown (a mile away) for lots of restaurants and bars. We loved the fireplace and the bed was soooooo comfy. Also great water pressure in the shower.

Perfect condo in a perfect location

This property was perfect for our family of four who wanted to escape for a ski week. The location is amazing and so close to everything. The property had everything we needed for a week long stay and my kids enjoyed the hot tub every night. The property manager was one of the nicest and most accommodating I have ever encountered with rentals. We would gladly stay here again.

Great location at Park City!

We had a great time, location is walkable to multiple lifts, easy walk to Main St, and also to a grocery store. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location

Condo is in a great spot easy to get to the main lodge area/slopes, easily walkable and you can pay (fee reasonable) for 24hr ski/boot storage so you dont have to carry your equipment every day. Shuttle stop was a quick walk and got you to main street PC. It was very easy and free, we never used a car other than Uber to/from the airport. Condo is perfect size for 2 adults maybe a third on the pull out. Deck has a great view of the Mt/slopes. Hot tub and heated pool right out the door and opened every day at 4pm. Tom is super accommodating and went out of his way to help us with a luggage storage problem (we had our flight time drastically changed which gave us another full day) this made the situation stress free. Great vacation we will be returning. My only recommendation is have a poster made of the trail map and mount it somewhere. The mountain is big esp for first timers. We used a trail map to plan out our trails/lifts the night before and found this definitely maximized our skiing and were able to cover more terrain.

PC Condo

Tom is an excellent host. Very responsive. However, the post pictures do not reflect the current furniture in the living area. And as typical with these stays, the kitchen knives and pans are beyond their useful life. I would stay here again due to the close proximity to PCMR.

Location!

Location is fantastic. Owner is phenomenal! Very kind and helpful!! Condo in need of desperate furniture/ furnishings update. Couch is unbearable. But the location and owner make up for it!

Great long weekend in Park City

Perfect stay in PC! The condo is centrally located & well maintained. Excellent communication with Tom, the owner, who kindly let us check in early as we had an early morning flight. Highly recommend.

Great place, would rebook!

Excellent condo in a perfect, convenient location to walk to Park City resort. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Bonus points for stocking things like firewood, pump hand soap, and coffee!!

Great ski trip

Stayed in the property with my 10 year old son for a weekend ski trip. It was right across the street from the Park City base and had everything we needed. Tom was also very helpful and accommodating to a change in our travel plans.

Perfect Spot

Our family traveled to Park City to see snow for the very first time. We enjoyed this condo very much. Location was perfect- close to the lift and short walks or ubers to downtown. We enjoyed the fireplace and the mountain views. Tom was excellent- very communicative. We are looking forward to next year already!

LOVED this place

If I ever get back to Park City I will definitely stay here again. Location is excellent - walk to Eagle lift and walk to Main Street and walk to grocery store and bus stop. Hot tub and pool were perfect at the end of the day. People were friendly. Host was super responsive and the unit is lovely.

Great stay in Park City!

The condo was clean and exactly as described in listing. Amazing proximity to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. The wonderful host, Tom, was extremely accommodating and super quick to respond. Kids loved the hot tub and heated pool. Would definitely recommend!

Good Location for Park City

Overall, we had a good experience with this property. Pros: Good water pressure / hot water, coat rack at entrance for ski gear, washer/dryer, walking distance (about 1 mile or so) to historic Park City shopping / restaurants, bus available nearby, very quiet in the unit, heat worked well - took some time to figure out, plenty of towels, hair dryer, bed somewhat comfortable, checkin was easy with key code door access, parking easy, heated pool/hot tub (didn’t use), Keurig and regular coffee maker. Cons: stale and/or cigarette smoke smell permeated the main unit although the bedroom wasn’t as bad. Bothered my asthma. I would have given the property 5 stars if it were not for the smell. Property was “clean” per se, but the smell did impact my score on the “cleanliness of the unit.” Unit is small - good for a couple, or a couple with small children (pull out sofa). Outside of unit, the property is old and outdated but didn’t bother us at all. Generally speaking, good property for Park City access.

Amazing

My son and I had an amazing stay over the Sundance Film Festival. The condo was central to so many activities, three shuttle stops, and super accessible to several chair lifts. Special shoutout to the amazing water pressure in the shower! Wonderful after a long day on the slopes. In addition, Tom was a wonderful host and provided wonderful insight of the area which made it easier to get our bearings.
