Resort fun and just steps from Historic Main Street!

Lovely, newly furnished and appointed with everything you need, delightful condo with near the base of Vail's Park City Mountain. Perfect Location! You can get away here in close proximity to the mountain or Historic Main Street - or just enjoy the serenity of the small community.

Just steps from all the fun resort winter and summer activities including: Alpine Coaster, Zip Line, Alpine Slide, Horseback Riding, Climbing Wall, and more! Mountain Biking and Hiking - and moments from lift-accessed trails for summer or winter enjoyment.

This versatile condo accommodates up to 6 guests on a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen pull out bed in the living area, and high-end full size bed memory foam that can be utilized in the master bedroom alcove.

This unit entered the rental pool in August 2013 and all of the furnishings (King Bed & Mattress, Sleeper Sofa, Dining Set, Dishes, Flat Screen TV, Coffee Maker, Linens – everything) are were new; and the mattress, linens, carpet, sleeper sofa and tub/shower have been updated in 2020. This is a NON SMOKING condo.

The Hot Tub is located just outside the unit in the common area. Other conveniences include Laundry on the first floor and Covered Parking under the condo.

The FREE CITY BUS will take you to Park City's historical main street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Olympic Park, outlet mall or wherever you want to explore in town or nearby.

This condo has a Business License and had been physically inspected by the City to approve it for nightly rentals. We pay City and State Sales Tax. Please ensure any property you rent has an official business license as it helps ensure your safety!

Great place & great location

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The place was remodeled, clean, and nicely furnished. It is a short walk to main street and easy access to all that Park City has to offer.

Near everything

This is an excellent location property. The owner, Brooke has all the amenities a family would need. The best features of condo are: covered parking garage; super close to main PC attractions, two full bathrooms. I would recommend this place to small family.

Amazing property, just as advertised. Location steps to bus stop for free bus to skiing, steps to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Great amenities. Very clean and modern. Bed and pullout couch very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect condo for our recent visit to Park City

I would highly recommend this condo. Recently my husband and I stayed there while visiting our daughter and family. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere, Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main Street and for groceries. It was clean, well furnished and all the comforts of home, even had covered parking for our car. I am very pleased to have found this place and hope to use it again when we visit Park City.

Really enjoyed our stay - great location. Loved being able to walk to basically everything. Very clean and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the stairs. They were steeper than we expected. My husband has back issues so had to take it pretty carefully but otherwise great stay. Thank uou’

Ski Condo

Condo is super convenient to ski at Park City. Two stops on the free bus and you are right at Town Lift which is super cute. Condo has everything to cook in to make it feel like cute. Host was super easy to communicate with and was super responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

We would return in the evening to recuperate from too much skiing. Cooking was possible as everything we needed was there. If it got a bit cool we turned on the fireplace with the flip of a switch.

Absolute Gem in Park City.

I came into town for a ski camp in Deer Valley. This unit is located so conveniently close to everything in downtown Park City. The unit was easy to find, check in process was flawless, parking spot was so convenient, and the unit was clean and had everything you could possibly need. This unit is also a very short drive to Deer Valley. Would love to stay here again when returning to Park City.

Hidden gem within walking distance of Restaurants, Bars and Shopping

Second time staying at this property. Super comfy king bed, 2 full bathrooms with lots of fluffy towels. Lots of hot water for long hot showers. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even though there is only a mini-fridge, it was big enough for our needs since we ate out most nights. The stairs are a little challenging but really no big deal (very narrow).
