Complete with boat lift and boat dock for you to park your boat at your own private dock. Boat rental available $59 day (14ft with 6 hp motor), 3 days minimum. Other amenities include new appliances, washer and dryer, UNBELIEVABLE SUNROOM! Fire pit, 2 refrigerators, ceiling fans in every room, AC, Propane BBQ grill and much more. owner is licensed real estate agent in Arizona.

This Fantastic lake house is on Randall lake in the center of the North Chain of Lakes. The Willows and Bills Grill house Restaurants are on the Chain of lakes for you to visit while spending your day on the lake.

Within 5 mins of Coldwater Country Club golf course, Downtown Coldwater is just 5 mins away for drive in theater, restaurants, shopping, go-cart track, grocery stores, and movie theaters. excellent fishing and water sports such as skiing, wake boarding, tubing, and stand up paddle boarding.
