Enter this lovely home on the second level, boasting a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen which includes cooking utensils, appliances and a dishwasher, plus counter bar seating and a huge dining table for meals. The relaxing lake view living room area has high vaulted ceilings and offers comfy leather couches, a massive stone fireplace, large smart TV. The balcony off the dining room offers a large table for dining and a Gas BBQ for your use. You will have a front row seat to any action on the lake be it a pirate ship or para-sailor as well as amazing sunset views over the water. Venturing downstairs you will find the fun-packed lower level game room which is complete with a Foosball and pool table, additional couch seating, TV, and deck access to the amazing lower area of the property. This deck is complete with outdoor patio furnishings and a private outdoor spa to take in this amazing lakeside location, Star gazing away from city lights and noise is a relaxing pastime at Eagle's Landing. This property is perfectly situated on Eagle Point where the level terrain creating the ideal morning walk or afternoon bike ride. There is a seasonal boat dock available, Eagle's Landing is a truly unique and amazing property, featuring all that you will need for an unforgettable experience on Big Bear Lake, and is still just minutes to the village znd marina for activities, restaurants and shops.

The lakefront house is an awesome stay for large groups. The house itself has everything you need, from a hooked-up grill, large decks, game room, and space. Having the dock gives you easy access to the lake. We saw great wildlife (birds and bobcats). And it's close to town, so you have access to stores, bars, restaurants.

This vacation home has everything you need for a large family. The views are beautiful, overlooking the lake and hills beyond. The boys fished from the dock. It was ideal to have our boat there for watercraft fun. The girls did arts and crafts on the deck, while rousing games went on at the pool table. We enjoyed a car show in the town in spite of the heat. Thanks for a great vacation!

It starts with the host they are there for all your needs. Then the house couldn’t ask for a better view, sunsets were spectacular. The layout is great we had 9 adults and 6 kids 10 and under and we had plenty of room. With your own dock you are not dependent on anyone waking up you can sneak out and fish whenever you feel like it. The location ideal. Your close to town yet feel secluded.

Great property on the lake! Property was exactly described with all the amenities and comforts from home we could have asked for. The lake views and lakefront access were amazing. The location for getting around the local area was perfect. Our family enjoyed our week here very much!

Cabin and location was very nice, rooms and decor beautiful. Views were spectacular! A little disappointed that there was no propane for the fire pit and host didn't get back to us until 24 hours later so it was too late. Also, so many spider/cob webs on the exterior building as well as all outside rails and seating. Overall, we were pleased and would probably stay here again.

Great place to stay and fit 13 adults perfectly. My group and I had a blast at this cabin. The view is incredible and the amenities are unmatched. 10/10 would recommend.

This was our sixth family trip to big bear and the family has grown. We all agreed this was the nicest cabin we’ve stayed at. There was plenty of space, plenty of towels even condiments. Location and view was amazing! Hosts were quick to get back to us whenever we had questions. We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group! We stayed with 3 families and 7 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and have fun. The kids loved being able to run around, fish, play pool, and relax in the jacuzzi; it truly had something for everyone.The home was perfectly located, close to the village and nearby restaurants, which made getting around easy. The host was also fantastic, very responsive and helpful anytime I had a question.We had an absolute blast and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommend this place for families or larger groups looking for a fun, comfortable getaway!

Beautiful House Beautiful view of the lake so peaceful amazing view of the sunset. House was clean and stocked with plenty of dishes cooking utensils and towels shampoo conditioner. Although we bought our own it was very nice to see that if needed it was available Love having my morning coffee on the deck looking out to the lake view. Would recommend this home 100x

Wonderful family vacation

The lake house was perfect for a family vacation. The lake view was nice backdrop for all our meals on the deck. The house had plenty of room for to sleep and relax.

Our host Patsy was a terrific host! She shared some key events taking place while we were there. Her support team was available when we needed them. Their beautiful home and amazing deck provided wonderful memories!

Fantastic cabin

Cabin has an amazing view and is well equipped. The layout is great for a group. We have been doing this annual trip for 6 years and we all agree that this was the best cabin yet.

Family trip

Beautiful home with fantastic view of the lake. Great location close to town yet secluded. The host Patsy is very nice and made the process easy. We came with our kids and grandkids made some great memories. There was 7 adults and 5 kids plenty of room for everyone. The home has all the amenities and well equipped. Having a cup of coffee on the patio looking at the lake at dawn worth the trip. Thanks Patsy

2023 Big Bear Family Chilling

Beautiful property and better than advertised! Owners were super accomodating and communicative. Family enjoyed the space and all the things yo do along with our boating activities. We hope to make this an annual stay.

Great house

Great house for our multi generation family group of 9. Well equipped , comfortable and welcoming. Good size table to all eat together. We loved the view of the lake. Best hot tub location. We even saw the eagles!!

Lakefront home with spacious bedrooms, family room and game room with pool table and foosball. Large decks and fabulous views of the lake. Jacuzzi, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating to take advantage of this beautiful property. Well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. A city park with Friday farmers market is just a short walk away. Great location: close to shopping, 10 minutes to kayak & boat rentals, paddle wheel boat tours and restaurants. Excellent communications with owner, she reached out to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property!

We took our entire family here for my mother-in-laws 70th birthday. The house was perfect. Lots of space, comfortable beds, fully stocked, and wow that view! Management was amazing as Patsy responded immediately to all my questions. Check-in was flawless. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Respite, Relaxation , & Recreation!

It was great to beat the heat and enjoy some family time at Eagle’s Landing once again! We kayaked on the lake, hiked the trails, played corn hole and ladder golf, shared meals and watched the Paris Olympics in between it all! A few memorable days….never long enough!

The Mulder family has a long tradition of lakefront vacationing. Ron and Becky have six grandchildren who have grown up at Eagle's Landing. We have many special memories of the family gathered around the fire pit either singing folk songs or playing traditional campfire games. We have found Big Bear to be the perfect place to come together. This mountain location takes you away and yet our house is definitely not roughing it.

We chose Big Bear Lake because it is in close proximity to our separate households within the Mulder family. We owned lakefront property in Idaho which we sold to purchase Eagle's Landing in hopes of more frequent visits from our daughters and their children. Dreams have come true as we have had more fun watching the grand kids learn to ski and we have had countless fish fry dinners from the daily catch.

The lake is in your front yard. The sun sets over the water. Having the game room on a separate level from the living area and a cozy loft upstairs provide multiple areas to steal away or connect. The spa on the lakeside deck is so soothing after a day on the slopes or in the water.
