Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to find, great location. 3-beds,3-baths makes it perfect for 3 families to share well equipped kitchen as we cooked everyday. Sitting out on the lanai even when it rains is great! We used the beach towels, flippers and surf board. Highly recommend this property.

Vrbo should require owners to stay overnight and review property. Very dirty, poor quality , key pad didn’t work several times along with other small issues, last thing you want on a vacation calling management company almost daily on issues.

To clarify, we don't expect our guests to wash any linens or towels before they check out, and we'll be taking a look at our check-out instructions to make sure they don't state that as a requirement.
