When renting, consider size of house, sleeping arrangements, depth of water, water accessibility from house, swimming conditions and proximity to retail establishments/grocery stores. This home is close to everything yet secluded from city noise. It is just minutes by boat to restaurants and H.S. Marina/launch ramp. Great for swimming and fishing. It is just off the main channel so swimmers aren't swamped with boat waves. It has a large deck that gets sun and shade at the same time. Fire pit, grill. It is very relaxing. It sleeps 8 adults (4BR-3 are king beds) + 2 children (inflatable mattress).

This is a comfortable 2-story house; (built 60 years ago so it has some creaks)

We had an enjoyable stay at the property. The house was properly equipped with everything we needed. The house was spacious enough for our family. The location was very assemble to all restaurants and shopping and convenient for my husband to fish and park his boat. Roger, the host, was very responsive and helpful answering all my questions. I highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful place to have a get together. The deck overlooks the canal that leads into the lake and the sunrises and sunsets are just beautiful. The property overall is very spacious and accommodating and the communication was spot on. Enjoy.

The property was as advertised. I like how there were spices in the house and other needed items. I don’t know why everyone always wants you to throw everything away. The owner was prompt in all responses and requests.

A great trip

We had a wonderful stay and a great getaway weekend with our parents and our kids. We even took our pets. The place was clean and the deck was so relaxing with the fire in the evenings!

My wife is from Texas and fell in love with Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton many years ago. Our family loves the outdoors and lake life. This house will provide many happy memories for us and for the families who visit here.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This property is in the most convenient place, close to everything, yet secluded from city noise. It takes just minutes to boat to the restaurants on the water. And it is within minutes of Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, Garvan Woodland Gardens, and Bathhouse Row. It is on a large cove of the lake that is a No Wake Zone which makes for great swimming and fishing. It has a large deck that gets shade and sun at the same time. Very relaxing.

This house has 2 living areas -- and 2 families could have their own private space -- and come together in the kitchen, or have an adult living room and a kid living room! The large deck is a real gathering spot and it provides a gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton. It is very close to Hot Springs Marina and Launching Ramp.
