Lake Hamilton Getaway on Quiet Cove!! Close to Races, a central location!!

Home is nestled in a quiet cove of Lake Hamilton. Sits at the mouth of Hot Springs Creek. Drive your boat up to a private dock, tie up, and walk straight up the lighted, flagstone stairs to your vacation getaway! No worries about your boat getting beat up from all the boat traffic since the cove is calm and only about 10 minutes to the main channel by boat. Home is over 3000 sqft and was built 2003 and will not disappoint. Drive the winding road to the home which seems a million miles away from the city but is only one mile from Central Avenue and Super Walmart; a nice convenience. If you are concerned about location; no worries this is perfect. Hot Springs Mall is one direction and Oaklawn Horse Race Track/Year Round Casino (3.1 miles), Downtown and Bath Row Houses are the other direction. All just a few miles.

Relax on the deck or sit outside for dinner and grill hamburgers or steaks. There is great fishing off the boat dock. Dock has lights for night fishing. Some of the winning, tournament fish have been caught in this cove! Nature reserve is across cove with lots of ducks, geese, eagles and other wildlife to watch while sitting under many mature trees. Lake drops in winter months (end of Oct until early Mar) but a running stream remains with nice sounds and much wildlife to watch!

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
Kitchen/breakfast/bar: Full kitchen with granite counters and stainless/black appliances (refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher). Breakfast table seats 4 and stainless bar seats 6. Plates, silverware, utensils, kitchen towels and cookware are provided.
1 roll of paper towels provided as starter.

Dining room: Table seats 6. Who's cooking tonight?

Living room: Room has 75 in tv, couches, chairs, bistro table (seats 3) and sliding glass door opens to deck. Deck has table, chairs, and grill (propane) and overlooks the peaceful lake and nature reserve.

Primary bedroom: Room has a large window with a spectacular view of lake. Wall mounted smart tv. King size bed. Sleeps 2.

Primary bathroom: Bath has a granite counter with his and her contemporary sinks. Jetted tub and a serene, walk-in shower. Bath towels are provided. 2 rolls of toilet paper provided as a starter.

Secondary bedrooms: 3 other bedrooms have a queen bed each and wall mounted smart tvs with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Secondary bathrooms: 2 secondary full bathrooms have shower/tub combo. With master bath there are a total of three full bathrooms in home. 2 baths upstairs and 1 downstairs. Each bathroom has 2 rolls of toilet paper provided as a starter.

Gameroom: (Just for fun) Large room downstairs with foosball, air hockey, pool and ping pong tables, PacMan, and video pinball machine with 22 different tables. 65 in smart tv mounted to watch sports or play music while you play games.

Downstairs galaxy theater room. Projector and Blu-ray player for movie fun (few DVDs are provided).

Family Holiday

Our family had the best time here. Great house, gorgeous, peaceful views, everyone had their own comfortable room. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dining ware so we were able to cook and eat there. The game room was the real main draw for us because everyone had fun playing all weekend long. This was perfect for our holiday get together. We look forward to booking again in the Summer to take advantage of the lake and the kayaks.

BEST PLACE IN HOT SPRINGS!

This is our second stay here in Hot Springs. It is our absolute favorite!! It is perfect for the family with the rooms, game room, fishing dock and open set up. The location is phenomenal for alllllll the things! LOVE!!

Very relaxing

We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. Was looking to relax & spend time with friends we only get to see a few times a year. The house was very clean & very well stocked. Had a great game room & fun board games. Had a great time. The only thing that would have been better was the parking. One of our group had a boat & one had a trailer with a SXS. And with 8 adults & 4 large vehicles parking was a little bit of a problem. But would definitely stay there again & highly recommend the home.

Excellent Vacation Home

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, close to everything you need. Game room was amazing for the kids and they had a great time kayaking and floating in the lake. Owner was very helpful and easily accessible. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Hot Springs.

Wonderful Home!

This property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone and a fabulous game room downstairs. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals and there is a gas grill outside for grilling. Location is close to Lake Hamilton and the downtown area even though everything in Hot Springs is easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had zero problems. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect for a large family

There was so much to do at the house, no one wanted to leave to go into town. Everyone was down at the lake mostly. The game room was a hit with the whole family and we watched family movies in the galaxy room. I adored this house!

Fishing getaway

We had so much fun. Kids loved to kayak and the John boat I fished from dock you could see all the fish just swimming in front of you. Kids loved the game room we loved that we beat them in pool lol. House was so nice and big enough room for us all.

quality property in nice neighborhood

This SFR was in a nice neighborhood close to Hot Springs proper, with plenty of dining and recreation possibilities nearby. But we cooked in every night - great kitchen! The kids did some light fishing off the dock, fed the flock of geese that lives nearby, and saw deer in the woods across the lake in the distance. We had a wonderful view of the lake from the master bedroom, and the game room was plenty fun, if you do not play too seriously. The property was stocked better than most vrbo's. We went to several state parks nearby. The only small disappointment was the kayaks are not included without additional fee. Totally understandable but should have been made clear in the original listing. Overall a most excellent rental and I highly recommend.

Great place for large group going to the track.

First, let me be upfront about my disdain for "grade inflation" that is becoming so prevalent. When every kid gets an "A", and every property gets 5 stars, the ratings become meaningless. Rant over :). This property is very nice and would be ideal for several couples (or a large family) going to the track. But a few minor issues keep it from being perfect: 1) I sent and inquiry re: early check in, and did not receive a response. 2) It is on the water, but the view is more "pond-like" than what most might imagine when they hear "lake view". Still nice. 2) For what you get, I think the rental price is very reasonable, but we felt a little gouged by the mandatory cleaning fee. We were there about 36 hours (much of that was sleeping), used only two BR's, and did not cook any meals. On leaving, we stripped the beds, took out the trash, and ran the dishwasher. If we left any clutter behind, it was minimal. Clean up could not have been anywhere near what might be needed following a longer stay by a much larger group. We would have felt a bit better if the fee was potentially refundable, or even included in a higher rental price. PLEASE keep in mind I consider these minor issues, and we would stay there again (if they will still have us :) )

Fun family time during the eclipse!

Our family enjoyed the property. The place was very nice. The black light and game room were very fun. There was great birding off the back patio. Easy to find. Close to grocery store. Great place. Property owner was easy to communicate with.

Lovely vacation

We had a lovely stay with our family over spring break. The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and pots/pans. Heads up - there isn't any coffee, and were only a couple dishwasher tabs, so we had to buy more as we stayed a full week. Our kids were excited to use the kayaks to explore the lake, but we had to wait awhile to get the codes to unlock them. We were also expected to empty and take out garbage cans, strip beds, and start laundry, which we haven't had to do at other VRBOs - We assumed that would be included in the cleaning fee. Overall though, we had a great time.

Great place with lots to do!

This is our second time staying here. We love it! The bedrooms are set far enough away from one another to give privacy. The upstairs is very comfortable and the entire group of 8 of us had a place to sit. Both outside patios have tables and chairs and the game room provided our group entertainment all night. Greg is very easy to communicate with and super responsive!

Great place!

Good location, nice views. Very quiet area which was great, but still nearby most things you'd want to do in town. Kids loved the downstairs games and media room.

Short Family Weekend

This was our first trip to Hot Springs. We spent a long weekend and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The houses location was great.

We fell in love with Hot Springs, AR on a vacation and stumbled upon this home for sale during that trip. We wanted a nice, relaxing getaway from all the hussle and bussle at home! We really enjoy the boat dock and the convenience of a lakefront home. Always a peaceful, beautiful view of the lake and wildlife no matter what time of the year.

We enjoy the location and that the land across the lake is a protected, nature preserve. It is so peaceful outdoors. Lots of nature to watch. Eagles have been seen in the area during the season. When the lake goes down in the late fall and winter, our kids get their boots on and explore the lake bed and play by the stream. Home is close to everything we like to do. Seems like a 5-10 mins drive to get to anywhere. Casino is expanding and now has live blackjack, craps and sports betting.
