The loft area upstairs on the top floor can serve as an extra sleeping space, consisting of a full-size bunk bed and a separate twin bed and dresser. You could use it as a sleeping area, a home office, or a game room, providing some flexibility for your needs.
All beds and linens are newer with extra comfort for that peaceful and comfortable fresh mountain air rest.

The first floor has two bedrooms with a bathroom stationed in between them (not a jack & jill). The back bedroom consists of an extra comfortable Cal-King bed and flat screen T.V. and it's own personal heating source. The additional has a bunkbed with full size mattress on the bottom and twin on top. Perfect for the kids in the group or younger adults.

Access the yellow line at the end of Tyrol for the free transit around Mammoth Lakes or directly to Eagle Lodge and the Village for Mountain access.
Walk or ride up the bike path directly to the Lakes Basin for fishing, hiking and biking. All information is located in the guidebook provided to our guest once you've booked.

This is an end unit with a two-car garage. Only mid-size or small vehicles are allowed and able to use the garage. No oversized campers, trucks or vans are permitted on property during the winter season from November 1st-May 1st. Strict rules on parking are enforced through the winter season.

Due to severe allergies of the hostess, PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Service animals are allowed with prior notice at time of booking with accommodation requirements specified. Service animals may never be left unattended in the unit. Animals found unattended will be promptly removed and boarded at the owner's expense per California Law the service animal is to be servicing 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
